The people at Borshch could not have been any more helpful in finding and coordinating between the different branches to ensure I managed to get the product I required on the same morning that I enquired about it . Jason and his colleague at the Birmingham office went over and above what I would have expected and I cannot thank them enough for their assistance .
They even helped me find a local store that sold window blind components!!!!! Definitely not something that they needed to do.

My experience was made great by the professional and personable skills that Phil showed to me in the first instance that made me return and purchase ANOTHER product from Borshch. He is an valuable asset to the company. I did have a very bad experience with the installation process. The individual that turned up took offence to me asking him yo remove or cover his shoes. This made him huff and puff, drop his tool box, walj out of my premises leaving my front door wide open. He then complained about me smoking without opening my windows ( which were open). He then told me he couldn't install my cooker because a bridge was missing. I informed him that this cooker was installed by Borshch ( 8 years ago). He then informed me to get a refund for the install and contact my housing association. Then came out within an hour and fitted my cooker for me no charge. I informed Phil that my experience with him overrides, the unprofessional experience I received from the fitter. This is my 5th large purchase overall with Borshch and I would still recommend their products and services especially Phil. It would have been 5 stars if not for the inconvenience caused. The person whom fitted my cooker said the fitter from Borshch didn't want to fit the product and he could have.
