As ever, the helpful and friendly staff welcomed us in and quite quickly we were looking at freezers keenly priced with a broad choice of quality brands, the sales staff we're amazing and we opted to take our purchase with us. We thanked them and duly went to the collection point where we were met immediately by another staff member who took every care while loading the item into our car, and advised us on pre plug in procedure. The service is second to none.

The website was easy to navigate. When I called to ask about the dimensions of the machine the staff were very patient and helpful. I appreciated being sent photos of the item I had ordered before delivery was arranged. I was kept informed of the time my item would be delivered. The delivery team were friendly and helpful.

Clarity regarding terms of business, making arrangements for delivery (purchased Tuesday delivered and installed by Friday of same week. I had a very good experience with the installation service. Anday and Airoon (sorry if I spelled the names wrong) did an excellent job installing the fridge, washing machine, and cooker. They were very professional, friendly, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Everything was installed properly and they made sure everything was working before they left. I really appreciate their help and would highly recommend their service. ⭐
