Customer service is terrible
I’m not really clear on what I’m paying for. I asked to drop down to a lower plan and it was supposedly confirmed but it did not happen. No way to contact them by phone. Emails go unanswered. The translation services are good but the customer service is terrible.

A great experience!
Boostlingo has eliminated so many of the barriers to communicating with refugees and immigrants. We no longer need to spend as much time scheduling with other interpreters, and there's reliable interpretation available even in languages that are often challenging for us to find interpretation in. Our account representative is extremely responsive and helpful. A great experience all around!

Boostlingo has been an asset to our organization offering a variety of platforms for our team to access when needed. The feedback and quarterly reviews have been very beneficial.
