Customer service was horrible and impossible to get in touch with. It took several emails and calls just to try to to reach my representative and still nothing. STAY AWAY!!!

Great option for on the go translation over the phone, but additional services were expensive without premium.
Our business appreciated the IVR option for calling in as it seemed easiest for employees and clients as an on the go option. We did not use Boostlingo as much as we had hoped, and also had an understanding that the document translation services were provided in our subscription and they are not, only the premium. The last several months we discovered that our organization was more in need of document translation, and we had hoped to be able to use our monthly subscription payment for the document translation because we had hardly used our minutes of phone/video translation.

The support from the team
The support from the team—sales, office staff, and case managers—has been excellent. They are responsive to emails, quick to assist us online when needed, and efficient in adding new users while providing the necessary information for onboarding.
The only challenge we've encountered is that, in a few meetings where we used an interpreter, the interpreter seemed less experienced or knowledgeable about the specific subject matter we were discussing. This made it somewhat difficult to communicate effectively with the recipient of the interpretation.
