Registering with Boom for my car insurance was pretty straightforward. The premium was competitive, about £15 a month less than what I was paying before so made sense.
It was smooth process and things were clearly explained.Best thing they have B app and quick customer support you don't have to wait for hours to speak to human .

Incredibly poor customer service, no phone contact, no timestamps on chat service (a cynic would say by design). Just get "no agents are available" and told to email (which they also don't respond to) - edit post boom reply: this is the first contact I have had from them (on this website of all places) seems they care when it's public.
