Booking process run by AI no humans available to speak to. Phones numbers for customer support are in America and Spain, which do not work, they are a front for third party companies. I purchased what I thought was a cancellation policy to find it wasn’t. I’m still waiting to see if they will reply to me for a full refund. I had to call the hotel directly who cancelled my room.

Completely misleading website. Thought I was booking through easy hotel directly and only realised when I went to the easy hotel app that it hadn’t. They charged way above what was on the official website. They know what they are doing as there are multiple reviews with similar experiences. I have tried to email them to cancel the booking and get a full refund and received no response and there is no phone number to ring. Complete lack of customer service. Avoid this site at all costs and book with the hotel directly.

The page where I booked had the look and feel of the hotel where I was going to stay, as well as a matching domain, so it was very easy to fall for the trick of thinking I was booking directly with the hotel. I had no problem with the reservation itself, but I've been requesting my invoice for 2 weeks and there is no way to reach an agent once you've made the booking. Even though they claim to offer 24/7 support, that is false.
