I am a bit of a technophobe! I admit it, and if it wasn't for the great team behind Booknetic I would have given up ages ago. I am hoping that once I get the Paypal Business integration sorted out then I can just leave it to run and I don't think it will be changed. Which is just what we want. thank you

I’ve been extremely happy with Booknetic. I use it as the core booking system on a client website and it’s proven to be powerful, flexible, and very reliable.

From a setup point of view, the plugin makes it easy to build a clear booking flow with services, staff members, availability rules, and automated notifications. The add-on plugins integrate smoothly and make the overall system feel complete rather than bolted together. My client finds the booking process simple to use, which is ultimately what matters most.

One thing I really appreciate is how adaptable Booknetic is. I’ve connected it with external services (including SMS notifications via Twilio) and configured it to work alongside other WordPress plugins without conflict. It’s clearly been built with real-world use cases in mind, not just demos.

Support deserves a special mention. Even when I wasn’t technically within a support period, the team still took the time to help me diagnose and resolve issues. Their replies were clear, practical, and focused on fixing the problem rather than deflecting it. That level of support is rare and speaks volumes about the company behind the software.

Overall, Booknetic has made it much easier to deliver a professional booking system to clients, and it’s something I’m confident using on live, revenue-generating sites. Highly recommended for developers and businesses who want a robust, modern booking solution without unnecessary complexity.

Booknetic SaaS 🤷

Booknetic SaaS is an excellent service, if (and only if) you never run into any issues.
​I wanted to build a website where each of my team members could have their own robust appointment management system. To ensure maximum stability and avoid incompatibilities, I decided to install the plugin on a separate WordPress subdomain. This approach actually worked for a whole year—until the first problem cropped up after an update. From there... it was a disaster!
​Unless you’re willing to pay exorbitant fees just for a single support request (there is no subscription-based support; you have to pay the full price of the plugin again to get 6 months of help), there is simply no way to get assistance.
​The Discord channel is only useful for announcing their wonderful new update (which probably won’t work), reading complaints from other users who have been waiting for help for months (I repeat: months), or seeing self-promoting IT engineers.
​The core problem is that this company is focused on profit, not user satisfaction, and you will be left completely on your own. Given this, it’s impossible to rely on their tool if you plan on growing or trying to build anything substantial.
​There are warning signs even on their website: testimonial sites are often offline or have poor performance, and you can only contact them for pre-sales inquiries, not technical support.
​Other logistical choices are baffling to me: for instance, they force you to provide a physical location for a service, even if all your appointments are strictly online. Also, despite having your own main calendar, you are still forced to list yourself as a staff member. This confuses users. Even though I developed extensive documentation with articles and videos on how to set up the calendar, over 80% of users give up on their booking system because it’s "too difficult to set up."
​To conclude, this is not a hot-headed review driven by anger or despair. It's a statement of fact. As long as everything works, Booknetic SaaS is fantastic. But the moment you encounter the first snag, it may be completely unfixable because nobody will help you!

Bad Experience

The overall design of Booknetics looked promising, but the platform quickly showed glitches, limited customization, and locked features that made it difficult to use. I experienced issues right from the start and requested a refund within their 30-day window. Instead of resolving the matter quickly, customer support pushed endless troubleshooting steps that I didn’t have time for. When I followed up for a refund, they refused, claiming I was just a few days past the window—even though I had reported problems from the beginning. It’s clear they care more about keeping your money than helping their customers. I do not recommend Booknetics.

I purchased the Elite version of…

I purchased the Elite version of Booknetics, I did have some minor issues, that were fixed by Tahir. Booknetics is very adaptable and easy to navigate and you get a lot for your money. I would definitely purchase again for my next booking website.

Useful, but needs polish

so i started using booknetic a little while back for my fitness sessions and honestly it’s been real handy. Before it was all texts and notes and trying to keep track of who booked what. now i just send booking link and they pick their time the system reminds them automatically so i don’t have to do all that follow up anymore. Setting it up took me a weekend to figure out but once it’s done it kinda just runs itself payments go through fine and my schedule stays clean it’s simple no fancy fluff but it does what it should and it saves me a ton of time, 8/10

Working with this plugin has been a daily nightmare

I’m writing this review as someone who actually works with Booknetic every single day. When our company first started using it, it looked like a great system clean, modern, and promising. But that image didn’t last long.

Over the past couple of months, things have completely fallen apart. The booking form stopped working correctly, customers kept getting error messages, and the system became painfully slow. Some days it takes minutes just to open the calendar, and deleting or editing an appointment can crash the entire dashboard.

As staff, it’s frustrating beyond words. Every error means another angry customer, another refund, another day of explaining something that isn’t our fault. We spend hours trying to make things work that should be simple.

The support team makes everything worse. You wait days for an answer, and when they finally respond, it’s with generic replies that don’t solve anything. You can’t rely on them in urgent situations you’re completely on your own.

I’ve worked with many systems, but this one has caused the most stress. It’s not stable, not reliable, and absolutely not worth the money. If your business depends on bookings, think twice before trusting this plugin it will only waste your time and damage your reputation.

Glad I did not hire them!

I reached out to someone who claimed to work for BookNetik. They were pushy to get me to make a decision, even when I told them I could not decide right now. Kept sending e-mails to try to push me to sign up. I finally told them no and gave them a detailed explanation of why. I could have just ignored them, but I was trying to help them so they could do better next time. Their response? They blew up my e-mails with a flurry of responses about how awful I was for deciding not to go with them. It was offensive and did nothing except convince me I made the right decision.

Be careful, it's limited and support is MIA!

This is just not going to work for a business like mine, where customers book appointments for me to come to their homes. It is limited in this area, and the recurring bookings on the customer front end are just way too confusing. Also, missing a bi-weekly option.

It's been a long time, and I still haven't heard from support!

Update:

Ignore their reply below. I contacted them through the appropriate support link. They assumed I wouldn’t reply back and that they could post a generic message saying they couldn’t find my support ticket. They finally responded. Support also refused to refund my money as well!

Random price increase recently of its bookstore. I aint paying 50 bucks your your wimsy little plugins. There are other tools that achieve the same thing.

Also support sucks, their return policy as well. And on top they use google maps api instead of free openstreetmap, idiotic developers that probably code half of their things with chatgpt.

I'll say it again, DO NOT BUY!

Great plugin for automation

We bought Booknetic for our small business for me and my brother. It had really been a great addition to our team for us to track our performance and automate our business. It was also loved by our customers, so we got rid of appointments by calls alltogether. Although it took a bit of time to set up, it wasn't the end of the world and I would do it all over again knowing how much beneficial it is to our business.

We got the $199 package and it included all the essential add-ons on it, and it's great knowing you don't need to pay anything else for life.

I can't recommend Booknetic enough, I think it is one of the best investments we made for our business.

Dont buy it !!!

Dont buy it. It does not work. IT support is ridiculous, emails back and forth with no solution.
Description:
I bought the Booknetic SaaS two weeks ago and I am so frustrated and feel robbed by these guys: Fs Code. The Plugin cost a fortune over USD 520 and does not worth it.
First of all: the booking system does not work Front end, it works using the WP panel, which is not good in terms of security and look and feel for vendors.
Second the payment integrations to get the money from the plans, none of them work.
Third: none of the vendor payment gateway work to be set for vendors, unless you purchase separate addons, so you end up paying 600 USD for one time use plugin.
4. Calendar to be shared in other's websites is not responsive,
5. Each service should have a staff assigned, which is nonsense, system does not allow to sell a service without somone
6. Same for location
7. It does not have social media authentication for login/ sign in
8. The 'change theme' is just a change in the color, but nothing to customize front end templates.

10 extra services - even when it is off- appears.
And list continues, the most frustrating part is that any issue you have, after paying so much, you need to open a 'ticket' that is answered by next day. So you waste a lot of time to progress fixing issues and the plugin should come without any issues.
There are so many other plugins available for just 50 USD !!!! so no point to spend 600 on this, and so disrespectful that they don't give you a refund !!! Get away from these people

We bought the plugin for a restaurant website. For the start we have 2-3 problems with the plugin and the configuration. Now some warm words to Booknetic and their support team. They solved all problems very fast and helped us to make the plugin fully functional.

I have been using this app for the last…

I have been using this app for the last few months and I only had issues with it, but even more with the customer service who clearly didn't want to help me. My developer bought this app for another client, but sold it to me, because it was not a good fit for his other client, but because my developer took more one year and a half to develop my website and it wasn't finish yet, I decided to fire him and finish it myself, but I am an accountant and a tax specialist. I saw that Booknetic was offering a plugin to connect my outlook calendar with Booknetic. I contacted their customer service to ask them to send me the step by step instruction on how to set it up. It took several days and emails back and forth and me loosing my patience to finally get them, because they kept telling me to provide my credential, that I probably didn't set it up properly, etc. When I finally set it up, I noticed there was an issue with the plugin. When I was taking an appointment in Outlook, let's say at 10a.m., it was syncing with Booknetic at 2p.m. I checked the time zone, I checked everything before contacting them. As of today, I don't know if it is finally resolve... I contacted them in September, they never contacted me to tell me the issue was resolved by an update. They told me in October when I contacted them. I tried to see if the issue was resolved, it wasn't. So I contacted them again. They said they never saw this issue before. They asked for my credential, they made tests, but not to test the issue I reported. I sent them a video showing the issue. They never watched it. They told me for a second time they sent that issue to their developers. They never contacted me to tell me the issue was resolved. They told me again that they made an update and the issue should be solved. I didn't test it yet, I will when I have time. But we are two months later and I still don't have a working software to take appointments properly.

Terrible Experience with Booknetic - Critical Bugs and No Support!

Our experience with Booknetic has been extremely frustrating. Despite following their documentation to the letter, the plugin fails to function as promised. Critical issues include:

Failure to create WordPress users on new bookings, making it impossible for customers to access their accounts.
Forgot Password feature doesn’t work, showing errors like “Email not registered” even for existing customers.
Workflows meant to send login credentials don’t trigger as intended, leaving customers in the dark.
We’ve spent hours troubleshooting, only to find no solution. The documentation is unhelpful, and these bugs have severely impacted our business. If you rely on this plugin for professional use, think twice before purchasing!
