Easy to use and good customer service … I LOVED my instructor Rachel!

The booking process was easy to do, It was easy to get test dates, the instructor I had was good, helped me in my weak areas, if I had questions customer service was good at responding and helpful

I had a great experience with this driving instructor service. They matched me with an instructor very quickly, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. I was also able to get a test date that suited me, which was really convenient. Overall, a smooth and efficient experience—highly recommend!

It was a pleasure to use Book Instructor for my driving lesson, i got an instructor through them, i was booked for my test by them. And even when i could not meet up with the date booked for me, they helped me to get a suitable day. They helped me throughout my journey and I passed my practical test at once.

Very swift and responsive. They ensured I had all the information I needed to reach out to the instructors and attend (and pass) the theory and practical tests.

I booked a fast track service in August 2025. I was initially booked in for lessons with Sally, whom kept canceling the lessons, finally I was rebooked with Amir, whom was good and lessons went well. Mind you this is now November. Early Jan, 5 months after booking the service I finally had a date for my test in Tunbridge Wells for 1 May. I was told they would find me a cancellation slot, of course they did not. In mid April I get an automatically generated email letting me know my test is in Tilbury. I never even heard of it before. I've contacted customer services, only via email, as typical scammers they have no phone number. I don't know why I didn't register this as an immediate red flag! I can't get an instructor whom is registered in Tilbury, my previous instructor has gone completely off air, I can't take my test and can't reach anyone. Oh and this absolute disaster cost me £574!!!!! Please save your money they are scammers.

I purchased a series of lessons for my son as a birthday present back in January of this year with the aim that he would have a guaranteed driving test slot at the end of it. However, the assigned driving instructor has been unreliable, unhelpful, very poor communication, unprofessional and rather rude to the point that I shall be requesting a refund and going elsewhere. Also, the costs of using Book Instructor are way too high for the supposed amount of "admin" that they actually do! I have had to chase them up several times with regard to poor and inconvenient driving lesson slots, no communication from the instructor and just generally poor communication full stop. Now my son has had his booked lessons cancelled by the aforementioned rude instructor and been pushed back to be reassigned by BI. To top it all, he has his Theory test this Wednesday and missed his, already paid for, coaching session as he was not reminded or notified when it was taking place.
Be careful and look at other options.

The instructor contacted me quickly, and I'm being very well assisted with my driving test booking by a very kind Tina, who is looking for an earlier slot at a Driving Test Centre near my home.
Their app is also very communicative and informative.

It took a while to find an automatic driving instructor in my area, but we did in the end...
Book instructor was a great help as I didn't have to worry about anyhing as they did it all for me. Would recommend to take the stress out of things 🙂

Book instructor was very good at finding me a theory test, an instructor and a practical test. It did take a little while but they kept me updated and found something for the dates that I was looking for.

The cost of the service is too high but I did get a good instructor

Thanks to Book Instructor for arranging my driving test promptly without any fuss; I have passed my driving test without having to wait for long.

Book Instructor is definitely a service/website I would recommend to someone going through or starting their journey in becoming fully licensed.

With my experience from picking how much hours I needed the Instructor I wanted the location I will be in and times and dates of my of my lessons Book Instructor impressively managed to compile all stages of learning how to drive. With all the backend figured out freed me up to just focus on learning how to drive.

Absolutely recommend

They are great and fast. They found me an instructor very quickly and got my theroy test booked for me quickly (passed lol) and are working on getting my test booked in after a but if a mixup from me saying Derby was needed but that was wrong lol. Luckily they seem to have a very fast customer service with the emails (spoke with Olivia) 🙂 so all is good now. Would recommend 👍🙂
