Using BookingPress Plugin for my Hospital website for last 2 years and experience is very satisfactory.

Almost all aspect of requirement is covered & customization part is very easy also, don't need any special knowledge to setup & day to day run.

Best feature is WhatsApp notification option, where my customers are getting notifications as soon as the book the doctor's appointment.

Overall, very well designed & developed plugin with quick support options.

I like it because it's an easy-to-use booking interface with nice support. What I don't like is that the synchronization doesn't work well for me, unfortunately, this may be a lack of knowledge on my part, but unfortunately I have to update it manually on a daily basis, because for some reason the cronjob didn't help either.

1) dopo aver installato alcune add-on, il pannello "Impostazioni Generali non si carica più, schermo bianco (inutile disinstallarle; ormai mysql è impestato);
2) L'add-on di Stripe non si carica: schermo bianco;
3) Le immagini non si caricano;
4) Gli sconti anticipati vengono calcolati alcuni giusti e alcuni sbagliati; se correggi un numero che hai inserito sbagliato, in mysql non si modifica.
5) Le notifiche non vengono inviate. Nemmeno se si imposta un indirizzo email definito e non una variabile (e...sì, ho guardato nello spam);
6) L'add-on di whatsapp non funziona e da un m essaggio di errore abbastanza incompensibile.

Sperando di essere utile a qualcuno, indico anche i limiti, perché le add-on non vengono descritte e molte non le puoi testare in fase di pre-vendita. LIMITI:
1) l'add-on di migrazione non ti permette di caricare i tuoi database xls; puoi migrare solo se arrivi da Amelia o dagli altri plugin di wp, non da piattaforme esterne a wp.
2) L'add-on di g-calendar è solo fron-end per i clienti, non collega il sistema al g-calendar dell'amministratore;
3) Le notifiche vengono inviate solo per eventi che vanno dall'approvazione dell'appuntamento in poi; nessuna notifica è prevista per l'admin quando viene fatta una nuova prenotazione. Ma tanto sarebbe inutile perché le notifiche non funzionano.
Fine, perché non ho testato le altre add-on. Mi sembra che ce ne sia abbastanza per definire questo sistema una truffa.
Hanno investito molte più risorse (tempo e probabilmente soldi) a creare centinaia di recensioni positive talmente perfette da essere finte, che a testare il loro sistema e a risolvere i bugs.
Spero solo che Amelia implementi presto le gift-cards, che è l'unico motivo per cui sono finita in questo ginepraio.

I am already using this plugin on one of my client’s websites and she is delighted with it. We did spot a problem, raised a ticket and had a fix for it within a few days. Outstanding. More recently another client had a different booking requirement. I asked a pre-sales question and got a detailed response on how the requirement could be met. Brilliant support.

Excellent plugin and, above all, very good support.

I use this plugin on several projects and I'm extremely satisfied! Its ease of use, its comprehensive features, and especially the availability of technical support make it highly recommended!

You refused to refund me, saying you never reimburse customers.
Following your refusal, I posted this review on Trustpilot, and then, as if by magic, I received an email from you saying that, exceptionally, you would refund me, but only if I removed my negative Trustpilot review.
I accepted your offer by replying to your email. You replied, saying you were forwarding my case to the finance department for reimbursement.

Twenty days later, I am still waiting for your refund. However, you have the nerve to reply here, saying I haven't been reimbursed because I supposedly didn't reply to your email... You're crossing the line!

I purchased BookingPress thinking it would meet my booking process requirements. Looking at the limited information available about the plugin’s add-ons, I thought they would be suitable. I also looked at the available demos, but they only covered specific scenarios and didn’t showcase all the possibilities. So, I bought it expecting it to work, but it doesn’t; the add-ons don’t do what I need. I requested a refund because I can’t use the tool at all. Both customer service and technical support can see that I’ve uninstalled it and that it’s not being used on any website, but they still refuse to issue a refund.

The customer normally has a right of withdrawal on their purchase, especially since I clearly explained that the tool didn’t do what I wanted and demonstrated that this information wasn’t initially provided on the website. I requested a refund within two days of purchase!
The company is truly unprofessional and dishonest, so I don’t recommend this tool.

Very complete plugin. Nice relation price-quality. Support is always there, kind and efective. Love it!

I have used BookingPress for two different clients' websites. The tool has everything you need to manage bookings and appointments, it's customizable, and even better is that it can be set up for advertising conversion tracking. Their customer service is always quick to respond, helpful, and knowledge of the product. I wish a few more customizations were available for widget display, but otherwise, it's perfect. It's even user-friendly for my clients!

The support has been great. Representatives respond in a timely manner and go above and beyond to help you with all of your questions and issues.

They never fail to support with any technical issues or queries I have. This is a huge plugin that does so much and has lots of addons. Great Work Booking Press .. forever grateful for your support

I needed help with two things - Calendar sync and layout and the support team at BookingPress really made sure they answered all of my questions and resolve all of the issues I had.

I highly recommend BookingPress to anyone who is looking for a booking plugin on WordPress.

Support is fast but the plugin has many feautures which are difficult to set, and is not very flexible.
The gift card addon has many weak points and many basic necessary feautures are not available.

I have paid for an Enterprise level license for this product but unfortunately do not receive Enterprise level support. I think it's a fine product for very small businesses managing no more than a few hundred clients per year.

Had a plugin conflict - and they fixed it within a day! Great support and amazing booking plugin. The UI and features are fantastic.

Great tool for the website, easy to use and excellent support on a ticket system but generally hear back within 24 hours and very helpful.

Overall, the plugin has not been reliable at all although BookingPress has incredible functionality and is really intuitive to set up. My clients who were trying to make online bookings kept on getting various technical errors, and the Google Calendar Integration was intensely difficult to set up. Support was also very slow. I tried to contact them a few days ago and they said they were closed for 6 days—this is insane for any company.

Super Plugin!
Mir gefällt das Design und die Möglichkeiten dieses Plugins. Auch, dass es immer wieder mal Lifetime-Lizenzen zu kaufen gibt. Ebenfalls super Support.

Product isn't worth the price, with a lot of missing and crucial features (like new/existing clients), and lack of customization when it comes to changing the order of pages, hiding certain items. On top of the bloated pro price that you cannot refund, made us turn away from this product. For half the price, this is worth it.

They were pretty responsive, and I have no complaints against their standard price as they seem to be better than their competitors. However, the features provided in Pro isn't suitable for us, hence my low stars. We ended up creating an in-house solution.
