Il y a une différence entre ce qu'il y a écrit sur le site booked.net et la réalité une fois arrivé à l'hôtel. J'ai réservé une chambre spécifique de l'hôtel Barclay à Vancouver (chambre double avec lits doubles ou lits jumeaux) et je me suis retrouvée avec une chambre de gamme inférieure (un lit de 140cm). Bien sûr une fois sur place, on ne peut rien faire si ce n'est d'accepter la chambre....Inadmissible ! Je déconseille clairement de réserver via ce site.

Our reservation was canceled by a third party, without letting us know. We found out when we arrived at the apartment and were send away.
Booked.net immediately paid back our deposit, and after request compensated partly our extra made costs.

I sent email to change my reservation from 2 nights to 1. I received a response - with a question from Jane (to ensure the appropriate date was cancelled). I did not receive a reply to confirm and tried to call the US phone # (during posted hours) - the recording says the help desk is closed. Today is the last day to make changes without penalty. Can someone help?

Hi,
I have my property listed in the Booked.net website without our permission, and now not sure how to take it down. I have sent emails to support @ booked.net asking their advise and we haven't got any response yet.
I need to take all my personal information off from their web site but the site does not provide any user access to do that.

Big problem. Somehow booked.net have got into the hotel site website I booked in Thailand so the payment went through them rather than the hotel. The hotel is closed for renovations and not open for my booking date. Luckily I spoke to the hotel & they seem to think the booking is through expedia so maybe booking.net are agents of expedia. In any event I have emailed booked.net seeking a full refund and lodged a disputed transaction with Amex. We will wait on the result of the emails but I would be very careful dealing with booked.net

I am a motel owner and they are costing us business with false advertising. Saying our rooms and rates are cheaper than what they are. They keep hanging up on me when I request the fix or removal.
UPDATE: Remove our motel off your site immediately. We are not sending in updated anything to you after the experience I have had.

Wir haben auch von diese Website gebucht, und für zwei Zimmer , das sollte schöne Urlaub zu sein und ein Zimmer ist bezahlt und das anderes Zimmer war storniert. Obwohl wir alles bezahlt haben. Wir versuchen auch booke.net in Deutschland anzurufen. Herr Thomas war dran und versucht zu erklären. Ich verstehe das nicht was er mir erklärt: system Problem, und Er hat gesagt , das Geld würde zurück überweisen auf Credit Card, am 15.08.2022 bis jetzt haben wir noch kein Geld zurück und müssen noch mal in Hotel bezahlen. Am Telefon Herr Thomas war nicht nett zu mir. Ich habe gesagt, das ist erstes und letztes Mal dass ich mit booked.net buchen. Ich werde nicht weiter empfehlen. Ich habe e Mail geschrieben, kein Antwort zurück.und anrufen aus Slowenien nach Deutschland, war auch nicht nett.

Und ich habe mit booked.net von Deutschland gesprochen, ich habe noch gebetet ob Sie mir e Mail schrieben können, was wir machen sollen. Ich war freundlich… bis zum Schluss booked.net war nicht nett zu mir. Wenn Booked.net möchte, ich kann mein record noch zeigen. Was ich geschrieben habe, wie öft habe ich Sie angerufen. Ich habe alles … und wo ist e Mail , sie Sie gesagt haben, dass Sie mir geschrieben haben? Ich habe nicht. Booked.net hat gesagt, Sie würden schon am 15.08.2022 Geld zurück überweisen, bis jetzt am 25..08.2022 haben wir noch kein Geld zurück, wie lange kann noch dauert? Ich werde zum Polizei gehen und informieren.

They cancelled our reservation the night before our arrival to the hotel for technical reason. We made our reservation on March for August and they took the money on July, but they cancelled the reservation the night before.
We contacted them and they said that they cannot do anything about this.
The worst company and customer service!!! Not a trusted company to book your vacation!!

Be careful! This site is a scam! I booked a 120 meter suite in Antalya. Two weeks before the trip, I checked with the hotel that the reservation was indeed confirmed and I was told that instead of a suite, I was booked into one 24-meter room! I immediately called the website and the representative answered without caring that this is what is available and I can cancel. I had to pay more money on another site. Do not order from there!!

Originally the hotel booking was fine, we even called the hotel to make sure of it. One week before the holiday we got an email that the booking was cancelled without any given reason. When we called the hotel to ask what happened they told us the booking had been cancelled weeks ago already.

AVOID! This hotel was booked months ago. It was incredibly difficult with work to make arrangements and I have two kids which they don’t care about even though it’s a child friendly all inclusive hotel. My whole family is there, cousins, ants, grandparents we have paid £2000 for tickets plus £4000 for the hotel so we can have a family holiday and they are telling me two days before that it is cancelled because of a mistake they made! Two days before! Absolutely despicable you have ruined our holidays.

Booked through booknet, received confirmation email but turned up to accommodation to find it had been double booked. This also happened to a friend I was travelling with. On contacting them the email informing me of the issue suddenly appeared.

Betrüger!
Wir haben gebucht, Geld wurde abgebucht, wir haben eine Buchungsbestätigung erhalten.
Am betreffenden Tag abends im Hotel angekommen teilte man uns mit, dass das Zimmer am Vortag storniert wurde und mittlerweile belegt ist. Hotel ausgebucht. Hauptreisezeit. In der Nacht anderes Hotel suchen...
Hotline hebt 30 Minuten nicht ab, spricht schlecht englisch, teilt mit, dass die Bearbeitung dauern wird und schaltet mich dann wieder auf ein Tonband wo ich nach weiteren 30 Minuten raus geworfen werde. 12:00 Stunden später noch kein Rückruf. Beschwerdeemail nicht beantwortet.

Très bonne expérience sur ce site car je viens d'y réserver un hôtel pour un séjour à Londres pour le mois d'août. J'ai dû par la suite modifier mes dates de réservation et ma demande a été traitée rapidement. Je remercie Saule pour son professionnalisme. 🙂🙏

ho prenotato tramite booking.com che mi ha trasferito nella fase del pagamento al sito booked.net . ho pagato 516 € in carta di credito ed ancora nonostante risulta sul sito pagata e prenotazione attiva l'albergo non sa nulla. ho contattato mille volte l'assistenza...ma senza risultato...unica soluzione denuncia presso i carabinieri e blocca carta di credito..
