The fresh yufka was not fresh, soft and supple unfortunately and it was dry and tearing already when it came out of the pack

Food arrives fresh and chilled good quality fresh food but a little bit expensive

They have sent different cheese than the displayed picture. Also best before date was so close. That cheese was the reason for my shopping from them. No customer service. You cannot reach, when you do they just do not care and informal. I will never shop again.

Always feel I get the personal touch and find the staff more friends than middle men.Nice to be able to obtain the things I enjoy in Turkey.Very sympathetic to the current situation in Turkey as we have many friends in the earthquake affected areas.

Packaging wasn’t good, olives water wet everything in the delivery parcel. Except that products qualities are really good.

Zeytin kutusu parcalanmisti, o yuzden kutunun alt kisimlarindaki zeytinleri cope atmak zorunda kaldim.
Fiyonk makarna paketlerinden biri tamamen patlamisti direk cope gitti. Bu urunler icin ucret iadesi yaparsaniz cok sevinirim.

wrong sending, late answering.

I ordered vegetables but they were delivered via DHL, hence it was out of fridge for a long time ( about 2-3 days). Of course those vegetables didn't last long.

It is now 6 days and we did not recieve our parcel yet!
Revieved a ıntrustful email on wednesday, today saturday still nothing.
2 days ago on tuesday I receieved. Box left to my garden without my confirmation. Wet and damaged. Food inside is smelling and some of my order is missing. Hopeless
Simit of course after 6 days not fresh at all.

Excellent range of products for when that homesick feeling hits and you just MUST have sucuk, or hellim, or anything at all, really! I placed an order when I was on holiday in Cyprus, because I KNEW I would miss and need those things when I got home to the UK.

Bonva used to do a better job delivering their goods in good condition. I have ordered some pastry and the package they came in with were all wet by the time I received them due to their packaging. The increased price and the declined delivery quality does not add up unfortunately.
