Bully’s and threatens women!!! Women who lives alone with 3 children and telling me he’s got my address and he will see me face to face all because I wanted a £16 refund! Stay away!!!
Wish I had searched the company before I ordered and read these reviews.
Similar situation to the others, ordered item early June, my delivery date passed. Downloaded the tracking app and tried to track but it was still in the processing stage. So 2 weeks from my original order date I emailed asking for an update, NOTHING. Sent another email a week later, NOTHING. Tried the contact number listed, disconnected.
Finally opened a dispute with my bank when it allowed as so much time has to pass and today finally received my money back.
TOTAL SCAMMERS!!
Absolute scam!
Ordered something and their PayPal option to pay on the website wasn't working, so I paid via bank transfer because I really wanted the item for a gift. A month later, no item, no communication from them despite numerous emails. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS, DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

Item arrived with missing parts, contacted the seller but have had no response. Terrible seller. Do not buy from them!

What amazing shop honestly so happy with everything i order only other monday and got today jump on to whatnot app and jump on his lives and get urself some great bargains i got my kids sorted
Ordered item on 29th July. Had to download the Shop app in order to track progress of order. It never went further than ‘preparing to ship’. Emailed after a week - no response. Emailed again after 2 weeks…nothing and still no parcel. Emailed a month after ordering….got a reply! “They dispatch same week as order received”. Lies! A couple more replies that they’d send another pack. Nothing arrived and no more contact despite numerous emails from me, including requesting a refund.
Raised a dispute via my bank to get my money back. I wish I’d read reviews before ordering. Don’t fall for the bargains. I only wanted some people craft sticks!
I ordered several weeks ago. Contacted several times as not dispatched and never received a response. Then I learned this is all a scam after reading the reviews below. AVOID. SCAMMERS.
Took order and my money. More than 2 weeks later no delivery, tracking says not even shipped yet and email came back saying address given on invoice doesn't exist. Clearly a scam. Will have to get refund via PayPal.
Never received my item. Ordered 17th may, apparently was shipped on the 19th.. was told by seller that he was waiting for Royal Mail pick up as it was bank holiday weekend.. the bank holiday was the 26th may.. lies and bad communication.
Thank god my bank got my money back!! SCAMMER!! Do not buy!!

Placed an order 10 days ago, which hasn’t even been shipped. No response after multiple emails, I will have to dispute with my bank!
Took the money for the item and never sent out. refused to reply to my chaser emails. Month later had to go through my card issuer to get my money back. Never use this company
