Boma Garden Centre Anmeldelser 

So, I have ordered and received a Xmas tree for several years from BOMA and the service has always been exemplary. This year it wasn't. I called to get an ETA - thanks, within thirty minutes. I was at home the whole time, and then I got a call from BOMA saying 'the driver had tried the bell and to get in touch' and no answer, and then left the tree on our doorstep. This was clearly BS. I was at home, and the bell never rang. If it HAD rung, I would have asked him to bring the tree to our basement door, as in previous years. I dont mind that folks are busy, but dont gaslight me and tell me you were 'trying to get in touch' when you didnt - at all.

The Christmas tree is always delivered with a smile and it never disapoints . Ordered a slightly smaller tree this year which is glorious, even before decorating.

My beautiful for tree was delivered by Boma two days ago, and it is already up and decorated! It is a fine specimen of a Christmas tree, delivered on time. I am lucky to have it.

Important tips: Needs re-potting, get a bag of soil, a pot and a saucer, and do it before decorating.

Prompt service, items as described. Made shopping for plants easy!

Good on-line service which allows me to select some plants from Boma's huge range and then collect them the following day. Staff generally helpful and informed. Always worth checking contents of an on-line order so as to ensure the best of what's there has been chosen or, as my PA did yesterday making a substitution! The plants were in first class condition although often needing a good watering when first bought. I'd like to have sent a pic of the planting, but can't see any way to do it. An email from Boma prompted the review - words my own!

Ordering online recently was equally smooth.

Very good selection of products eg compost, gravel, horticultural grit and more. Clear images and explanation for online shopping.
Only criticism, hardly worth noting, order delivered two weeks before date requested. Fortunately we were at home.
Thank you for replying - better delivered early than late. Happy to recommend and order again in future.

This was a pick-up from an online purchase. The lady who dealt with me demonstrated a very high level of customer service in her communication and demeanor. She was very informative about the centre, and most importantly when one of my mini succulents was damaged, she offered a replacement. I bought 2 more items.
