Great customer Journey
First great presales support, all details about the possibilities, the swift reactions from the support dept. convinced me buying Bold would be great choice. The lock itself is so easy to install and configure. Only missing feature is the possibility to set multiple time slots for a clicker. Combined the lock with home assistant to set more complex permissions.

Lock works great but construction could be sturdier
The lock itself works great and installation is very easy and a matter of minutes. The construction itself feels a little bit flimsy though as there is some play on both knobs on the cilinder. Apart from that great lock

The smartlock is smart but not fast
The smartlock installation is very easy and the opertion is intuitive.
Making bluetooth connection takes too long to smoothly open your door. You sometimes have to wait for more than 10 seconds before the connection is made and the door can be unlocked. This behavious is most of the times the same with auto activation (based on location).
Update 03 July:
After proactive contact with Bold’s support the issue was solved by NOT closing the app on the iPhone (keep it running in the background) and NOT applying a focus mode (like do not disturb). Now I’m fully satisfied with the Bold smart lock.
