I recieved a prompt reply to inquiry the gas fitter was on time and courteous and serviced the boiler and resolved the gas meter leak under an hour. I would engage this firm again.

Great value for money and fantastic service. My appointment had to be re-arranged a few times but Luke was extremely helpful and always kept me informed. The engineer was very professional and explained clearly what had happened when an unexpected problem was found. The problem was fixed and the additional cost was reasonable. They couldn't have done more...great service! Really efficient process, was called in the morning to let me know engineers estimated time of arrival, he was bang on time. The engineer himself was really friendly and helpful, when he found a problem he re-arranged his schedule so he could get back to us with new part just a couple of hours later. Again the process was well supported from the admin office. Will definitely recommend and use this company again.

I was looking for someone to service my boiler after my regular engineer retired and I chose boilerpoint. Booking was easy and date and time was set. Although the engineer was late he was friendly and efficient and did the job to my satisfaction. It would have been nice if someone had informed me that he was going to be late.

Very good communication and good service. I was not at the property when the engineers arrived, so they were kind enough to wait until I arrived. Very helpful engineers. Highly recommend them.
