The shipping with Hermes is awfull. I'm now waiting for more than 3 week on my package and nobody knows where it is.

I was a little skeptical at first because there is so Many things on the site and the prices are så good. I live in Denmark so i wasnt really sure if i trusted the site, but turns out the shipment Went very Well, Got my package on time and i could trace it all the Way. I have shopped from Their site 5-6 times now and I love their clothes. But i Think sometimes the fabric of the shirts Can look a bit different in real life. Sure that they have written what kind of fabric their clothes is on the side, just didnt read it💚❤️

Good delivery time, and simple return process. A wide variety of clothing, I have been happy with the quality if clothes purchased.

Je commande un pantalon sur ce site samedi soir... Erreur de commande, j'essaie d'annuler cette commande 2 secondes plus tard ,impossible.( le suivi me dit carrément en cours de traitement ..lol).j'envoie 3 messages demandant de ne pas prendre cette commande en compte. Aucune réponse par mail ou par leur serveur. J'appelle la redoute lundi matin,car bohoo vend par l'intermédiaire de la redoute et forcément ils me disent qu'ils ne peuvent pas gérer cette vente car acheté et envoyé par bohoo...un vrai bordel mais comme la commande a été faite le w,end et que personne n'y travaille elle sera annulée..
Commande mise en route et en cours de traitement... Depuis je ne peux contacter personne ... et cette commande que je ne voulais pas, doit me parvenir....c'est vraiment prendre les gens pour des idiots car le colis repartira mais mon remboursement mettra lui des jours.......BRAVO

C'était ma première commande et la dernière, j'ai commandé une paire de talons pour un mariage 2 semaines avant, pour vous dire que j'avais anticiper.
La commande a été expédié une semaine après, avec aucune indication sur le site ni de mail prévenant une forte affluence de commande donc d'un retard dans les délais de livraisons. J'ai dû contacté le service client, pour obtenir cette informations voyant que ma commande n'avait toujours pas été expédiée, durant la livraison il y a eu un problème à savoir que j'avais mal écrit mon adresse en oubliant d'indiquer mon numéro de rue, sauf que quand j'ai contacté boohoo pour savoir pourquoi mon colis n'arrivait pas ils m'ont demandé dans premier temps de contacter la poste puis dans un second temps m'ont dit que le colis avait été livré.
Ce n'est que après un énième échange que l'on m'a enfin demandé mes informations de livraison pour pouvoir les vérifier et que l'ont a compris le problème, ils ont quand même continuer à me dire que le colis avait été livré alors qu'il leur avait été retourné.
Moral de l'histoire toujours vérifier ses informations.
La faute ne leur reviens pas je prends une grande parti mais je pense qu'il est important de prévenir les clients lors d'affluence de commande mais aussi que il y a une faille dans leur système de service client (une personne vous dit A l'autre B).

Items arrive very quickly and are really affordable.

Terrible workers I got harrased by a Hermes man who kept deliveing and they're not bothered I told police they tried to mail them and they ignored them because they don't care it gets worse I've had to many bad incidents with them and Hermes men and they ask for review's cheeky and they don't deserve them and I got threatened they won't reply for swearing well what did they expect all I got was a voucher terrible that's my review and il sticking to that .and they'll not change so what's point I've been a regular customer and this is how I get tret

Im amazed that they get away with such terrible customer service. They dont refund legitimate returns and they don’t refund delivery costs either. They are scammers. Dont waste your money

Har fortfarande inte fått tillbaka pengarna när jag returnerat ett paket och har kontaktat bohoo men får inget svar. Väldigt dålig service

I am really impressed with the way how bohoo customer service (Faye) helped me resolve my return issues. She was being professional and really understandable throught our conversation.
I would highly recommend using bohoo customer service through email in UK.

Unglaublich schlechte qualität, Versandkosten sowie Rücksendungen muss man selber zahlen und dass sammelt sich sehr! Ich habe mir etwa 50 artikeln bestellt und habe davon nur ein kleid behalten habe (den ich später noch gesehen habe dass es beschädigt ist!!!). Ich habe sowas nie erwartet und bin sehr enttäuscht! weggeschmissenes geld!!!

Att beställa något från Bohoo är lite som ett lotteri. Första gången jag beställde köpte jag 2 klänningar, kvalitén var bra med priset i åtanke och jag var nöjd med båda klänningarna. Andra gången beställde jag betydligt fler varor (1 par byxor, 1 klänning och 2 tröjor) och jag var missnöjd med allt förutom klänningen. Byxorna var helt genomskinliga och alldeles för långa i benen trots att jag följt måtten på hemsidan och tröjorna såg inte alls ut som på bild!

J'ai payé pour une livraison rapide mais là après une semaine je ne reçois toujours pas ma commande.

Complete fraud. I opted for premier service, they decided to end it normal delivery and although I am within initial 14 days in which I can cancel the contract, they refused to do so. So I have been charged £9.99 and it takes them 5 days to deliver and won't refund. Way to go Bohoo. Very dissapointed in the service and customer services. All never use again

Cheap quality, cheap design, cheap style. Half of my order never arrived. Most of the items were so cheaply made that they riped after the first wash.
Most of their products are also obviously copied from small independent brands....
It's a big NO for me
