worst physio session i have ever had. Ioannis Pourkou was my physio a few months back. i was pretty fresh out of acl surgery. everything from the warm up to the sessino was terrible. He had my start on a bike to warm up however he was unsure of how to add any resistance on the bike so i was just spinning with no resistance which hurt my knee and didnt warm me up at all. during the session he tried to have me do a box jump, i was early in my physio for acl surgery have 3 knee surgeries before this. So i said No to jumping on a high box, i couldnt even believe he asked me to do that. After i said no he said to try jumping off the box then, the pressure he put on me was really uncomfortable. he also had a session written out on his phone with pictures that he continuously referred to as if he had taken the plan from online. it was terrible and i walked out of there limping. never went back. this was body set in wapping to be clear. i made a complaint to my insurance and he denied to doing anything i shouldnt have been able to do post acl surgery. ridic

Very professional ,friendly and know their stuff.
I received first class treatment that was very effective.
They have access to a gym to work on your rehab.
They follow up after each session with clear exercise that are easy to follow.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Took money from my bank card without authorisation. Said I didn’t book with insurance when I did. Won’t give me a refund.

One of the most disorganised and unprofessional physiotherapy companies I’ve dealt with. I booked an initial session specifically for acupuncture, confirming twice over the phone and also checking their website. When I arrived, I was told the physio didn’t even offer acupuncture.

They then referred me to another clinic across London, assuring me that the physio there could provide the treatment. After traveling all the way there, I was informed that the practitioner wasn’t insured to treat anything above the shoulders — exactly what I needed help with.

When I called customer service, I spoke to someone named Chris who shifted all the blame onto a third-party provider and refused to take any responsibility or even offer a basic apology. The entire experience was a waste of time and extremely frustrating.

Poor communication, no accountability, and terrible customer service. Avoid this company

I had some sessions with Nadine at Victoria clinic to treat my back injury . I recovered really quickly all the exercise given and rehab work . Very pleased with the result

Very poor experience with this company. Inexperienced physiotherapist who made my knee injury worse than when I first started seeing her and done more damage to my knee. They do not vet their physiotherapists properly and hire newly graduates and inexperienced ones.

Best physio I have seen.

I am active and rather injury-prone. I have seen countless physios over the years and Ollie Young at Bodyset, Horsham is the best I have seen. Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.

A family member has seen another physio at Horsham and was very impressed. Everyone seems very professional, friendly and importantly, on top of the latest research and techniques.

Sorted about my tired body! I found Bodyset through my maternity club in Weybridge and Woking. Had a free consultation and a very good mummy mot. I rate very highly to postnatal women.

I have been attending Bodyset Cobham for a year now and the Customer Service is excellent. Wendy at Reception is incredibly friendly and helpful and my Physiotherapist Jayde is professional,patient and nothing is too much trouble for her. I really felt Jayde listened and tailored the exercises to my individual needs.

Although I haven't had my appointment yet I had an amazing experience with there semi-skimmed milk 🤩. Jon Pringle will be seeing me and to be honest I can't wait🫸🫷. Shoot out to Laura griggs!
