Bobcares are incredible. I run a medium size SAAS company, and Bobcares handle all monitoring and management of our servers. If there is ever an issue, they have usually sorted before I am even aware. They give me peace of mind, and are always great to talk to, with near instant response times.

I moved over to Bobcares a few months ago for our azure server management. I had low expectations, but after my server admin quit on me last minute I needed a temporary solution until I found another administrator. ( I am not technical so I couldn’t manage).
Well wow! Bobcares went from being a temporary solution to a permanent one and I am a huge raving fan. Their support is amazing, I mean amazing. The best I have ever seen. Plus they can do a lot more than what we anticipated, they just helped fix an e-mail issue on the server I was clueless about.
They have my business indefinitely and I am now a raving fan!

A very competent and attentive service. They were responding to my ticket in minutes, constantly updating me on the progress of the job. They also gave me direct access to their technician on chat. I have a Proxmox node which wasn't booting and had been down for hours before contacting them for emergency support. Their technician solved the network issues with great efficiency, liaising with my network provider as needed. My server was finally up and running again two hours later. I also had issues with user quotas in my linux containers and those were solved quickly and competently. Overall, couldn't be happier with the result and the VIP service I got.

Hard to gauge the if the reviews here are real or not. Or perhaps some clients get good service while others get horrible service. Personally I'd rather be at the dentist having my teeth pulled.

Forced to by Limitless Server Management, no server set up included in All in One. Yet, they are fine charging me for it without having a set up server.
I have a single server with BobCares, and they've now spent an entire month setting it up, and they're still no done.

constant problems, as if they've never set up a server in their lives.
Server Install Part 3:
I request X, they install Y, complete disregard for my onboarding documents, complete disregard for requirements outlined. And a mind blowing amount of rework (all billed of course)

- paying for AIO, yet lack server required for AIO
- team has spent 24h 18m ($720.89) and set up is still incomplete
The last few days pushed me over my limit!
I requested access.log and error.log be automatically created under the /log/ folder in the user's domain. We're on day 5 now and this was escalated to 'team lead' to check.
Frankly, I can not comprehend how this company has any clients (or why my experience is so horrific compared to others). If this is simply a results of 'low priority or low value client' stop offering the service and focus on your existing client base.

Very, very bad service! First learn what "Urgent support" means!
My site was ddos attacked and searching for information I came across bobcares.
I saw that there is an option on their site to order urgent support and was expected to receive help within 30 minutes as written on the site.
I paid $218 for urgent support of my server and after two days they wrote to me.
Fortunately, during the two days I was waiting for them, I was able to solve the ddos attack problem myself.
They still offered to look at what happened, I agreed, provided them with the logs from my server and the conclusion was that the google bots made too many requests, they asked me if they could block them.
This amazed me, because if they were really the experts they claim to be, they would have realized that the problem was not the google bots. My site has a lot of traffic and google bots crawl it all the time, if they get blocked I will lose my indexing and all my SEO work will go to hell!
I have currently requested a refund and I was refunded.
These people are inadequate and the services they offer do not correspond to reality! Total waste of time!

I was having an issue with getting a Laravel site load correctly and had tried several options that were not successful, i reached out to Bobcares and they took care of the issue instantly. The response was extremely fast, they added the .htaccess file that was missing which resolved the issue. The good thing with Bobcares is that when they resolve an issue they even tell you how they did so. I highly recommend them. Job well done 👏
