They did not allow is to bring out stroller to the cabine when it is a spécial stroller for the cabine. On top, we had to carry the baby on our arms as they sent it as cargo! To end up receiving the stroller in Madrid with the luggage broken. They day it is not their responsability. Stay away of This useless company

Quiero saber cuándo piensan devolver el dinero o resolver la situación de los que compramos pasajes con destino Venezuela, en enero 2026, son pesimos, no dan respuestas... Es irrespetuoso de su parte jugar con el dinero de la gente. Muchos hacemos sacrificios para ir con nuestras familias.

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service. I never received a check-in notification, and the website does not work, online check-in is impossible, business-class options are unavailable, and seats cannot be selected. I called the Miami number over 10 times with no answer. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would definitely NOT recommend this airline.

I had a flight from Cochabamba to…

I had a flight from Cochabamba to Madrid with BOA.

My backpack got damaged during the flight/handling so I filed a report.

First it seemed I was helped very well. There was communication, although it took mostly after a few days to a week until getting a response. Which isn't a problem when addressing a problem, guessing I'm not being the only person having questions.

And it seemed there was progression.
They told me that I should send in a invoice of the same/similar backpack. And after I did so, they told me that they had permission to refund a new backpack. So that I could buy a new one and sending in the actual invoice of that one. They also requested to receive the damage backpack back. But I told them a few times that I was willing to send the damaged backpack in.

I bought a new backpack and I send them the invoice with all the other requested copies as agreed. And I asked them what to do with the old backpack and how to send it in.

Contacted them a few times after. But never got a response back after.
Also never got the reimburse of the new backpack as agreed.

This air line is not honoring agreements you make with them, and they're leaving you with extra costs.

PESIMA AEROLINEA

Tenía un vuelo programado Sin previo aviso lo cambiaron por un supuesto mantenimiento no previsto y me reprogramaron recién para la noche. Estoy viajando por una emergencia familiar y esta situación es inaceptable. Una pésima aerolínea, cero respeto al consumidor. No la recomiendo.

BOA Airlines changed my flight illegally, blamed Booking.com, refused to help, and blocked me

Review:
I purchased a business class ticket from São Paulo to Miami with BOA Airlines. The original itinerary included a short layover in Santa Cruz. After the purchase, BOA unilaterally changed my itinerary, increasing the layover to over 12 hours — a change that directly violates ANAC Resolution 400 (Articles 12 and 28), which grants passengers the right to free rebooking in the same class, on another airline if necessary, without any additional cost.

When I contacted BOA Airlines through their official WhatsApp support in Brazil, I was shocked by their response. Instead of providing assistance, they attempted to shift all responsibility to the platform I used to book the flight — Booking.com. This is not only false, but it also constitutes intentional misrepresentation of consumer law.

According to Article 14 of Brazil’s Consumer Defense Code, the airline — as the service provider — is fully responsible for ensuring service delivery, regardless of whether the ticket was purchased through an intermediary.

BOA’s refusal to assume responsibility is not just negligence. It’s an attempt to manipulate the consumer and avoid legal obligations.

To make matters worse, after I firmly insisted on my rights and rejected their illegal solution, they blocked me on WhatsApp — cutting off communication entirely. I confirmed this by messaging from another number, which they answered immediately. The block was intentional, and I have proof of everything: screenshots, chat logs, and records of all attempts to seek assistance.

BOA Airlines has committed multiple violations:
– Illegally altering the itinerary;
– Refusing to provide lawful rebooking;
– Falsely blaming Booking.com to avoid responsibility;
– Silencing the customer by blocking communication.

All of this is being formally reported to ANAC, Brazilian consumer authorities, and will be part of a lawsuit for material and moral damages.

BOA Airlines not only failed to deliver the service — they knowingly tried to deceive, avoid, and silence a passenger acting fully within their rights.

Vuelo OB 776

Vuelo OB 776 ruta Santa Cruz, Bolivia a Madrid, España hrs 22:15. El avión no tiene el aire acondicionado prendido hace un calor terrible dentro de la aeronave, parece un sauna.
Realmente pésima experiencia, no lo recomendaría a nadie.

La desorganización hecha aerolínea

No vi una aerolínea más deesordenada y con tan poca comunicación entre ellos como esta.
Mi vuelo fue de ASU a MAD con escala en VVI. El vuelo de salida que inicialmente era a las 15, pasó a las 16, 19 y por último 20.10. Por lo tanto viajé de madrugada a Py sin sentido
Me llaman dos días antes para decirme que se olvidaron de cobrarme la tasa de aeropuerto y no me dijeron que solo aceptaban efectivo, fue una odisea conseguirlo estando en el aeropuerto
En VVI casi pierdo el bus para la conexión a MAD porque no esperaron que bajen todos. Nos dejaron en un lugar donde otros guardias no nos dejaban pasar... En fin, corrimos de un lado a otro, porque no entendíamos nada (igual que ellos)
Le pongo 3 estrellas porque llegué a MAD a horario y con mi maleta bien. El personal fue siempre muy amable y educado

Poor customer service

Regarding my flight from La Paz-Madrid

I am already pissed off

After trying to call the customer service many times, just to get an answer that today is holiday in Bolivia so they cannot answer my request to change the ticket status.
Please change my ticket status from 'exchanged to open for use'

So that I can refund my money.
