Haven't replied anymore for warranties. I have around 30 pending warranties from Boundless as i am a retailer. I would not recolmend anyone to buy these prodicts anymore.

I bought my first terp pen in December
I bought my first terp pen in December. I ordered a replacement pack of coils and it wasn’t in the package when it arrived. I contacted customer service and they got back to me less than 24 hours later and sent a replacement immediately.
I recently ordered some more replacement coils to have on hand and the package was showing delivered but I had not received it. I reached out to customer service and again I was contacted within 24 hours.
The customer service I have received when dealing with BT has been amazing!!!

Terp pen Xl came with a bent receiver
Terp pen Xl came with a bent receiver and had to be bent back to turn on. Product is alright just annoyed I had to fix my brand new pen.

We do need to have our company name for legal reasons but we make sure to ship using blank white mailers with just the label with our customers names and information for shipping purposes.

I’ve tried maasaaany maaaaaany things through the years and have finally settled on my boundless tech gadgets. I was excited to receive my coils as I got a pen gifted to me but unfortunately, my two pack was defective. Since it was only $12 or something I didn't bother complaining. It just feels cheaply made.

Lost part/first day
