Worst customer service EVER
Worst customer service EVER. placed my order nov 25 it’s currently dec 23 and still haven’t received it. It says 3-7 business days. I’ve emailed back numerous times asking for a better statues update and each time they just send the link to track it which is useless. I’ve responded back to tell them if it’s not here by Christmas to cancel it and they yet again send the tracking link lol. They don’t even read the emails or care.

I placed my order November 23 and it is a Christmas present and it has yet to reach the destination country never mind be received. I have never had a parcel take a month or almost a month to arrive in Canada never mind be received.

Good quality, but !little! long delivery
Overall I'm happy with my order.
Ordered on the 20th of November and it took nine days, to get my parcel on the way. Fully acceptable because it was Black Friday… but a little information on when to expect the delivery would be nice. Quality and looks are perfectly fine!
Size is matching the infos on the website.

Ich habe nach der Bestellbestätigung keine weiteren Informationen zu meiner Bestellung, geschweige denn die Bestellung selbst erhalten.
Auf meine Anfragen habe ich keine Antwort erhalten.
Zum Glück kann man mit Paypal zahlen, sodass ich mein Geld wohl problemlos zurück erhalten sollte.
+++ UPDATE +++
Scheinbar muss man die Firma hier erstmal bewerten, um eine Reaktion zu erhalten. Ich habe eine Mail erhalten, dass sich umgehend um die Lieferung gekümmert würde.
Allerdings habe ich mein Geld, dank Paypal, bereits zurück und die Bestellung ist und bleibt storniert. Das sollte dem Unternehmen von Paypal vermittelt worden sein und ich habe es auch zweimal bei der Marke gemeldet.
Trotzdem hat mir BMCollective das Shirt geschickt und verlangt jetzt, dass ich die Retoure nach Spanien bezahle.
