Thank you so much to Andrew Brunton for all his help in finding the best hot tub for me and ordering my Hunter V1, he was in contact with me from ordering, delivery, warranty and after sales, could not recommend Andrew or Blue Whale spa more highly for the excellent service.
Delivery was fast and very professional, well done to the whole team.

From ordering over the telephone with Fiona Josephs, to arranging a delivery date with Andrew Brunton, to actual delivery of our hot tub (by Zen and Matt), we could not be more impressed!
The whole process has been faultless and we are so appreciative to everyone involved at Blue Whale Spa. Fiona was really helpful to start with, Andrew not only called to arrange a delivery date, but also sent us a variety of videos (which have been absolutely invaluable! And we would recommend anyone setting up their hot tub to watch them) and Zen and Matt were fantastic too.

The guys Trymore & Edmore friendly and no fuss installed the hot tub, then provided me with all the information I needed to get the best from my hot tub in the future. Fiona was our salesperson and she was very helpful answering our questions and helping us decide between 2 of the tubs.
Trymore and Edmore delivered and installed our tub, they checked on where I wanted it before they unloaded and talked me through all the important stuff very thoroughly before they left.

Ordered Duke Stream II from BlueWhale Spa and everything from advice on the right hot tub through to ordering and delivery was 5 star. The delivery guys (Sorin and Martin) were friendly and positioned the tub exactly where i wanted it. They removed the packaging and made sure the area was tidy. Fiona continued to support and ensured that everything was OK, and the documentation and "how to guides" meant that I was fully informed on what to do. If you need installation, make sure you request it as the standard is delivery and positioning not installation. Well done guys

The Spa is excellent, we have purchased from Blue Whale previously at our old house, a Crescent Bay Spa, and returned because of the Excellent product and service.

The delivery by Sorin & H was good as well.

the whole service from start to finish has been brilliant. we dealt with Andrew Brunton who was excellent, super helpful and informative on multiple occasions, he kept us up to date with everything and was happy to answer any questions we had throughout the whole process. The delivery / installation team were also outstanding and very helpful, answering all questions regarding filling and adding chemicals for the first time etc. really recommend Blue Whale Spa.

From buying to delivery absolutely amazing company, fiona josephs the sales lady told me absolutely everything i needed to know and kept me upto date with everything before the delivery day,lovely lady.
Trymore and Edmore the delivery guys made light work of installing the tub in its location then told me everything i needed to know about the functions and chemicals to get me up and running, really nice lads.
I will definitely recommend blue whale hot tubs to all my friends, relatives and work colleagues.
