We had been looking for a hot tub for a while and had done loads of research and comparisons on-line and by calling different companies. Andrew Brunton answers our call when we rang Blue Whale Spas. He was so helpful and informative, resulting in a 160 mile round trip to Nottingham to view the tubs.
We were surprised by the volume of tubs on show, Andrew allowed us to wander freely with no pressure, testing out the tubs as we went. We came up with a shortlist within our budget and ask Andrew to talk us through the specs on each. His knowledge was second to none, he was honest, asking us questions to understand our needs. Once he understood what we wanted he suggested the Cooper Bay 3 as it was the best spec.
It was ordered on the 3rd July delivered on the 17th July. This was super quick, much quicker than we expected.
Delivery was exceptional, Eddie called me 30 minutes before they arrived. Eddie and his mate manoeuvred (very tight access) and positioned expertly. They were really careful, friendly, polite and helpful. Taking us through the controls. It was a very hot day, they worked very hard, cleared up the packaging, swept up and left everything spotless.
We could not have asked for a better service from start to finish. The videos supplemented Andrew's knowledge allowing for a speedy set up. We have used daily from the 4th and are thoroughly satisfied. If you want a great Spa, fantastic service and no pressure sales, Blue Whale Spas are the company to go to.

The after-sales support has been just as impressive, and the installation team were outstanding. The two gentlemen who delivered and set up the hot tub were professional, efficient, and completed the installation without any issues. They also took the time to provide honest, practical advice on operating and maintaining the hot tub, which was greatly appreciated.

We ordered our Regency Beach Hot Tub 2 weeks ago and it was delivered this morning by the 2 installers, Dave and sorry we didn't get the other installers name.
everything went smoothly even on contacting the sales team pre delivery etc. Installation team were courteous and professional.

We purchased our hot tub in January and we couldn’t be happier. We have been using it pretty much every day thanks to also having a pergola installed shortly after the hot tub was installed. Delivery and installation was quick and easy, with no issues at all. We have not had any issues with the hot tub, and it still looks good as new. Couldn’t recommend blue whale spa enough!

So pleased from start to finish - Andy really helped me select the right hot tub in the showroom through to arranging delivery - arrived when stated! Really helpful install and after sales service brilliant. Can't believe the great product and amazing service highly recommend.

A special thank you to James Bonser, who has been absolutely fantastic from the start. As a first-time hot tub owner, he took the time to patiently talk me through everything I needed to know about caring for and maintaining it. When I noticed an unusual noise, James arranged for an engineer straight away, giving me complete peace of mind.

Nothing ever seems too much trouble for him. He is always happy to help, incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It's rare to receive customer service of this standard, and it has made owning a hot tub a pleasure.

I would highly recommend Blue Whale Spa to anyone looking not only for a quality hot tub but also for exceptional customer care. Thank you, James, for going above and beyond!

I would never recommend this company.

After everything I have been through, I am extremely disappointed. My original hot tub was replaced with a completely different model without delivering the specifications I was originally promised. Although I was told it was a “better” and larger model, the reality is very different.

The seating design is terrible. My partner cannot even sit comfortably inside the hot tub because there simply isn’t enough room. A bigger hot tub on paper means nothing if it is poorly designed and less practical than the original.

The replacement also lacks several features and specifications that I originally paid for, making it feel like a downgrade rather than an upgrade. Throughout the whole process, communication was frustrating, and resolving issues took far longer than it should have.

Buying a hot tub should be an exciting experience, but this has been months of stress, disappointment, and wasted time. I feel misled and let down by the way this situation has been handled.

I genuinely regret choosing this company and would advise anyone considering buying from them to do their research before making the same mistake.

Never again this company, and I do have Airbnbs , the plan was to buy more and put them in our air bnb, for sure not with this company !

I lost lots of money!

Our experience with Blue Whale Spa has been nothing short of frustrating from start to finish.

We paid for installation, yet when the delivery team arrived they spent time rolling cigarettes and watching videos on their phones in our garden. They then told us they needed help moving and installing the hot tub, despite us having paid for a full installation service. After spending hours on the phone trying to get everything sorted, the hot tub was eventually installed.

Unfortunately, that wasn’t the end of the problems. The hot tub arrived with the wrong-sized lid. We were told not to worry, that a replacement lid would be sent out, and that we could keep the incorrect one until the new one arrived. That seemed reasonable.

Instead, a filter turned up. When I called to query it, I was told it was a filter I had requested, despite the fact I had emailed photos clearly showing the incorrect lid and had never asked for a filter.

To make matters worse, today, completely out of the blue, a delivery driver turned up at our holiday cottage, which is an Airbnb, demanding that the existing lid be removed and the replacement fitted immediately or we would receive nothing. There was no prior arrangement or consideration that this is a business with paying guests. The approach was abrupt, unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

The lack of communication, poor organisation and overall customer service have been shocking throughout this process. What should have been an exciting purchase turned into a stressful and frustrating experience.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a hot tub looks elsewhere.

The hot tub we bought from BlueWhale Spa was excellent quality, customer service was faultless from Fiona in sales to the guys that came to install the tub. They were polite, and highly informative in the advice they offered whilst on site. A great customer experience from beginning to end

From start to finish the experience of buying a hot tub from Blue whale was great. Fiona made sure everything was in place and that i was clear on everything i needed to do for installation. Great info sent out by links, videos to watch, all helped me as a complete hot tub novice. On the hottest day of the year the hot tub arrived, two friendly, knowledgeable chaps made a tricky delivery stress free.
They set it up and were happy to talk through anything i wanted to clarify. Help and advice is just a call away. we love our hot tub, i was worried as it’s a big financial commitment, but it’s brought us together as a grown up family, we now connect, catch up and relax at the same time !

Fantastic. From the start of the first call, to the final engineer visit everything was faultless. Fantastic Fiona on the phone got everything sorted and made sure it was done quickly, the guys who positioned the tub were great and, even tho we have a hiccup with some damage which was dealt with within 24 hours by the customer service team and an engineer came out to sort it out, everything was perfect. Up and running within 24 hrs of delivery, I could have asked for more. These guys are the ones to use!

Excellent service from start to finish, delivered within 3 days delivery guys pleasant and explained everything clearly on how to use and maintain hot tub, highly recommend this firm
