We’ve had a really positive experience with Blue Whale Spa and are absolutely loving our hot tub.

Andrew Brunton has been especially helpful and responsive throughout. He has guided us from our first visit, attended to all our questions via calls and emails. He has even helped with aftercare.

We’re very happy with the hot tub and would happily recommend Blue Whale Spa and Andrew.

I purchased a hot tub from Blue Whale Spa and I must say the service, help and support I recieved from Andrew Brunton was amazing. Andrew made it very easy and suggested some hot tubs that fit all my requirements. He also made it very easy to understand the delivery requirements, electric requirements and made the whole experience simple. Our hot tub is fantastic and we love it and I would 100% recommend buying from this company. Amazing Customer Service and fantastic top quality hot tubs.

Andrew Burton was great. Had the tub now for a few weeks and had family around too. Still getting used to all the chemicals but we are getting there. We have gone from a worn shed space to a hot tub! I thought a crane would have been needed but nope! Delivery guys sorted it all via our gate. Great experience.

Expert advice from the very first phone call with Andrew (Brunton) He helped me choose exactly the right hot tub for our needs and at a cracking price. We ordered a Duke Stream II there and then and arranged delivery. Unfortunately, because work on our back garden took so long, we had to re-arrange 4 times but it was never a problem - Andrew was very understanding. We took delivery last Friday and the delivery guys were fantastic too - nothing was a problem and they took great care installing. I found it very easy to fill and operate and the chemical check is so easy too. Altogether, we couldn't be happier and I think we were so lucky in choosing a fantastic supplier.

We bought this 54 jet 13 amp jacuzzi from Costco. The price had dropped by £1,700 to £3,799.99. We had an inflatable Lay-z-spa before and we have to say this is a fabulous upgrade. The interior colour is cloudy white with stripe effects which adds to the luxuriousness. Prior to delivery we had an electrician install the necessary plug, RCD cut-out switch and cable in the garage and an extremely long cable (just in case). This proved to be a wise decision as the extra length of cable can easily be pushed into the frame of the spa. The delivery on the day was very professional and the installation technicians accommodated us and talked through the various scenarios of all the facing positions before we fully agreed on which way around it needed to be turned & positioned. They explained little things like how to use the chlorine tablet dispenser along with 'only leave it open half way and just put 2 chlorine tablets in at a time' which although I had read up on everything I must admit that was new to me. One very minor niggle was that although chlorine granules are supplied along with the other chemicals there aren't any chlorine tablets supplied. Not an issue as easily available online. They installed the cover lifter on a side where access to the pumps would not be restricted. The cover lifter we have opens up towards the fence so that views of the garden are not obstructed. We think that whilst the technicians did a final check including removing one of the rubber headrests to take a photo of the serial number that one of the 2 plastic dowels popped out onto the floor and has subsequently been lost. Again, no issues. Phoned up Blue Whale and they sent out 4 plastic dowels. Great customer service. We have been in every other night so far this month and we are confident after using the testing strips of what quantities of chemicals are required for that usage. The blue tooth speakers are good quality too. Our only regret is that we should have invested in this spa years ago.

This is a quality product and has a solid build.
We have had inflatable lay-z-spas before and when we put the air jets on the temperature seemed to drop quite quickly. This Olive Bay spa keeps the temperature much better. Which is important as the water needs to be circulated to maximise the water quality.

IFirst Hot tub I've brought and Fiona was fantastic. Walked me through each step and was always happy to answer my questions. The tub was delivered on the correct day and the installation team were fantastic. They set the tub up ready to fill and took me through some of the control settings. Had the tub nearly a week now and love it.

From start to finish Fiona was great with communications, and many thanks to the guys that installed the hot tub, Mark & Ray.

Excellent product and service from the team at Blue Whale Spa. I initially ordered with Fiona who was efficient and ensured everything went to plan.

On delivery and installation day the guys, Trymore and Edmore arrived on time, were polite and professional and they spent time explaining how to use the hot tub.

Great experience with Blue Whale Spa. Really pleased with the service and we’re very excited about our new hot tub! We had a couple of small issues along the way, but the team dealt with them quickly, reasonably and without any fuss. Really good customer service and a company I’d happily recommend.

Fiona the sales assistant was very helpful and explained the whole process and answered all our questions even the guys delivering the tub went above and beyond too. They explained all about the tub and asked which way we wanted it positioned. The price was very affordable and yet of a very high quality. we are going to enjoy it for many years

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY — SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

We have had hot tubs for 18 years and know exactly how they should operate. We purchased two identical hot tubs from Blue Whale Spa Nottingham. One works perfectly. The other has had a fault from the start and repeatedly fails to fire up correctly.

When switched on, it does not push through properly and creates an airlock. We have to remove the front panel and manually release the airlock every single time just to get the hot tub working. This is completely unacceptable for a brand-new hot tub.

The tub has been inspected by their engineers numerous times. The most recent engineer specifically told us that this is not an airlock issue but a start-up problem, which is covered under warranty.

Blue Whale have replaced virtually every part they can, yet the problem remains exactly the same. Their own engineers have filled the tub themselves and have witnessed the problem first-hand. They cannot understand why the company will not simply replace the tub.

Despite all of this, James in customer services continues to refuse to replace it and instead says the issue is down to human error.

How can this possibly be human error when we have had hot tubs for 18 years, own two identical tubs from them, one works perfectly, and their own engineers have personally witnessed the fault?

We have wasted an unbelievable amount of time and energy dealing with this. The fact that we are still having to dismantle the tub and release an airlock every time we start it is ridiculous.

The engineers have been helpful, but the customer service and refusal to resolve a clearly ongoing warranty issue have been shocking and completely unacceptable.

If you are considering buying a hot tub from Blue Whale Spa, I would seriously think twice. Our experience has been an absolute nightmare and we would not recommend them.

We’re absolutely delighted with our new Clearwater 2 hot tub from BlueWhale Spa! It looks stunning, the performance is great and it has everything we wanted; the jets, ambient lighting, speakers, seating and waterfalls are just perfect- it has quickly become our favourite place to relax.

When we first started looking for the perfect tub, Andrew Brunton was brilliant. He was very knowledgeable about all the products, patient and helpful, answering all our questions and guiding us through everything without ever making us feel pressured. What really impressed us was that his support continued right through the installation and afterwards too.

The whole experience has been fantastic, and we genuinely couldn’t be happier with our hot tub. A huge thank you to Andrew for making the whole process easy and stress free by providing us with all the information and being there every step of the way — we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the Clearwater 2 hot tub!

Amazing service. Andrew was happy to take the time to answer all my questions and give advice without any pushy sales pitches or commitment. He helped me choose which tub out of the ones I had looked at online was the best within the price range and was really helpful. Delivery was in the allocated timescale and the delivery team were great at setting it up and giving me tips on maintenance. The tub itself is well made, easy to use and look after and is amaIng for the price as there are alot out on the market nearly double what we paid.
