Lindsey is so hard to get a hold of
Lindsey is so hard to get a hold of. He rarely answers his phone. Doesn't reply to texts or emails for days. I have a group of us going to Zilara in January and wanted Southwest flights but he never booked them and now prices increased. He said he had to go through some other party to be able to get SW flights but then still never did it. It would have been nice if he communicated to me that getting on Southwest was more difficult with him than other airlines. Then when I ask if I should just get the flight on my own he said I can and he would have to compare the hotel cost alone vs packaged with flight to see if it further increases the cost. Why would he not have already done this?
He isn't proactive at all. Not responsive. And several in my group are not convinced he is taking care of us as many haven't heard from him. Plus if something goes wrong during the trip and I'm forced to try and contact him to resolve it, I already know that will be next to impossible. I'm not demanding but this has been so difficult to deal with and I regret not trying to handle this without an agent. I don't even have a reservation number so I'm not sure if I or my group actually have rooms at the Zilara.

Last year I accidently called your number 2018 and Mary answered the phone, I said I was looking for another firm that she did not know of but she could help me! So we talked about what I was looking for an airfare to Cancun in February, wanting Sun Country! She looked and said that she had one seat left for that particular date with the return I needed! So we booked it! I had a very nice vacation. I have a time share so I was not looking for hotel!
So I called Mary the past month looking for a fare on Sun Country for this Feb 29, 2020 returning on March 14, 2020. She was great, pleasant and I am very happy with my Fare! I have told others about where and when I got my ticket! I will be back!!! Peggy Hedtke

We appreciate you taking time to reach out and share your feedback with us! At BlueSun Weddings we do our best to ensure that we provide an amazing experience for everyone involved in a destination wedding. process and we are sorry to hear that this wasn't your experience.
We've been heartbroken with all that has gone on in the lives of Brittney and Satish. We have been working with them to find the best possible solution for everyone . Due to the cancellation 5-months before the wedding, our team has that we have found the best possible solution:
By adding insurance to your booking, we are able to cancel your reservation and refund all but the $100 per person deposit plus the cost of the insurance. Since your deposit of $100 per person was listed as non-refundable, this cannot be refunded. We have worked closely with the Wedding Couple and they have asked all the guests to be patient with us as we work towards this solution.
Again, the solution presented above is the best we can give to our guests given the cancellation within a 5-month window. We take our guest feedback very seriously as we strive towards excellence in taking care of our guests. We hope our reply provides added insight and clarity on this experience.
