Passed us to Ellwood law who have been very good and quick to respond with early stages of good communication. Managed to find a few car finances on our behalf, fingers crossed for a good result.

Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. I started claim in April 2024 but after 5 months I've found out that My case files disappeared, and that was message from some other solicitors company which I have never deal with before (first red flag)
A month later the same, third party, agency still couldn't find My files. After another month I was diverted to another (3rd all ready) solicitor agency... which I have never heard of (second red flag) and they rudely told me to don't call them for update until May 2025. So it looks like Blue Panda is a middleman and they doing exactly the same practice as financial companies who we all claiming against.
Communication with blue Panda is completely pointless, they always wants you to start the claim, and after you doesn't exist for them. With best scenario you'll get phone number to some other solicitors to get any updates.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely useless, extremely slow and completely ignorant. Go for any other co pay as this bunch of charlatans won't get you any money back, they can't even respond to an email after 5 months.

Lack of Communication
Similar to how others have felt, I've had my case ongoing since February (it is now December), if I don't email them for an update (and I still have to do this 3 or 4 times to get any sort of response) I just get a generic email back.
Its so frustrating as I know so many other people have gone elsewhere for a refund on car finance and got it sorted so quickly but this is just silly!

Dear Sam, we can only apologise for the service you feel you feel you have been provided. As explained to all of our customers, the FCA are the ones who have put a complete pause on this industry and have given the Lenders until 2025 to respond. Unfortunately, no-one will be able to obtain any type of refund until late 2025 irrespective of who represents you.
We are hopeful that the FCA will make their announcement sooner, but it is not something we are in control of.

Only got a 1 as I can’t put zero!! Total scum! Phone you constantly. Once you block them as it annoys the life out of you when they phone you at least 3 times a day!! they then phone you from a Mobile number instead of the landline!!!🤬🤬it borders on harassment! Once you block one mobile number they phone you from another one 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Plus I’m sure these days this is an illegal practice to keep pestering people once they say they aren’t interested?!! Do not even contact them or you are in for weeks of missed calls 🤬🤬utter scumbags!

Through email I’ve asked you twice with no reply and on the phone! You have simply ignored my requests and keep on phoning! I have blocked over 30 numbers now and still getting calls!! So yea this is harassment! Phoning someone over 40 times in a couple of months even after telling you to stop it is ridiculous! Don’t touch this company with a barge pole folks! As I said before, utter scum!

Won't stop harassing me!!!!!!
I haven't applied for missold car finance with this lot, yet I recieve so many phone calls a day from landline numbers and a mobile number that's attached to their buisness. This is terrible, thank God my phone blocks it automatically because shows up as a spam number,/caller.

Initially these guys were great and…
Initially these guys were great and moved quickly. However the lack of communication has now become very frustrating with me having to chase every couple of months to just receive the same generic email response. This claim has now been in for a year with not even a confirmation that my claim is valid. It has been with a ‘senior auditor’ since April!

It's been 1year 1 month since I made a claim regarding car finance. Very poor customer service never get an update. Literally doing all the chasing. Not sure what to think anymore. I only went with this company due to reading good reviews. Let's see what happens, will update this review if they actually fulfill with my valid claim. Is anyone else getting the same answer from the company apparently Due to the ongoing FCA investigation, this has put a slight pause on the industry?
