In a word, Paul. He was warm, friendly, honest, helpful, obliging, knowledgeable, efficient and he could probably sell sand to the Arabs-with a smile. I actually get very stressed out doing this kind holiday booking process but this experience was a breeze with Paul at the helm. Alex was very very helpful for us to book our last minute holiday to Disneyland paris 8 days in advance!!! I had so many requests and needs which he totally understood. Being on whats app made my life so much easier and got it done whilst being with my two young kids! Highly recommend him and I would like to add this is the first time I have used a travel agent. I normally book myself but first time in my life I thought now is the help to get help to put this together!

Shaun was so helpful. We could not make up our mind on dates and he went out of his way to do three quotes. We were very pleased that the holiday was so much cheaper than other holidays at the same time.

Thailand Vietnam Cambodia trip
I’ve been dealing with Shaun putting together a trip encompassing Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. He has been both patient and very responsive with the minutiae. Helpful, informative staff especially Anne
Where do I start with this review? Obviously with Anne — the most helpful, patient, and understanding person ever. From tentatively making an enquiry about a family trip to Iceland in December 2027 and going back and forth with different dates, through to the booking confirmation that perfectly laid out the cost, the deposits and instalments, then having to take one step back when two members of the group had to pull out, I cannot fault her patience one bit. Everything I asked about was clearly explained, and the flight details and itinerary were laid out very clearly. I was never pushed into making an instant decision and always advised to think about the options I had laid out for me.
I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Lotus Vacations to anyone looking for an amazing holiday.

Amazing trip to Paris
We went to Paris with Blue Lotus and had the most unbelievable trip! The hotel they had booked was amazing and so well situated- it was so easy to access everything! The team were so lovely and helpful! Would definitely use again!

Anne was brilliant
Anne was brilliant. So patient. Managed to get discounts for my children who have autism. Done all over WhatsApp which I prefer as I was working online and I am also neurodivergent, so dealing with texts is easier for me to follow. Would highly recommend this company and ask for Anne if you can!

Things to be aware of
21/09/26 We are pleased that Blue Lotus have responded
We initially booked our holiday in September 2025 through agent Aaron. Up until 13 August this year we found Aaron to be extremely helpful. In May he changed our flights as we didn't want to fly via Dohar.
We made our final payment on 6 August which was acknowledged by Aaron & he was sorting out a slight change in one of our included tours.
We last heard from him on 13 August and as we hadn't received our flight references or full tour details, I emailed him on 16 August. The email bounced back!, this caused concern. I tried to email 2 other people in the company that we had received receipts from & the same thing happened.
We were due to fly on 1 September so we tried to make contact by phone & email to the information email address. We found the customer care to be poor as we were passed from one agent to another.
Eventually after a lot of stress we received our flight references etc just a few days before we were due to fly. One of the internal flights was actually booked on 26 August, less than a week before we left home. All the tours were also only booked a week before.
Despite this experience, we did enjoy the holiday but I don't think we would use Blue Lotus in the future People that we met in Sandakan also experienced the same issues
