Booked my trip to Iceland with BLV. Oneli was so helpful, super fast at responding to my questions and answering them in the best way to really ease my mind through the booking process. I have already recommended BLV to lots of my friends and family and i will definitely be using them in the future. The whole process was super quick and easy and a great price for a package holiday.

Sophie was absolutely brilliant, she handled everything, including numerous changes to the itinerary without any issues at all. Nothing was to much trouble for her and she deliver a brilliant package at a really great price. Cant wait for the trip she has organised.

We have received fantastic customer service from Hannah at Blue Lotus travel. She helped us find the exact itinery for our upcoming holiday to Tokyo. Nothing was too much trouble she answered every question and put us at ease. Being our first long haul to Tokyo it was really important for us. We would recommend the service.

Experienced customer service
Simon was extremely helpful from start to finish. I asked for many things to be included within out trip which he absolutely successfully obtained within the itinerary. He sought everything I requested and more. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to use his excellent service skills again in the future and I will recommend him to friends and family.

Just booked a trip to Vietnam
Just booked a trip to Vietnam, Cambodia and Bangkok with Blue lotus vacations. I was initially helped by Akeshi who was really sweet, unfortunately I think she got a bit preoccupied so was handed over to Shaun who went over and beyond to comply with all my requirements.
I am quite particular about things and he handled each and every aspect beautifully and patiently. So well done Shaun. Keep it up.
The trip is in February and I am sure it will be fab. Will review once again after the trip.

We have used blue lotus twice now
We have used blue lotus twice now. Zac helped us in both occasions. First time was to Vietnam, Cambodia and bangkok. The holiday was very well organised from beginning to end. The itinerary was easy to navigate and we were able to contact blue lotus while away if needed for help and support. They came across very professional so we’re pleased to see that our next holiday was available with them (Iceland) which we have booked with Zac once again. Really looking forward to it.
