Blue Guardian is not worth it support barely replies and when they do its like 2 or 3 words max no real help at all
Spreads are bad and when SL hits it slips almost 3 times the distance even in London session which is supposed to be calm and liquid
Leverage they give is very low too so you cant even manage your position sizing properly
Overall bad execution bad support and bad leverage stay away if you want to trade seriously

Extremely Frustrating Experience

I purchased five Reserve Evaluation accounts and have faced repeated read-only restrictions and contradictory information from Blue Guardian support.

I was initially told that all five accounts had breached the maximum drawdown. After I challenged this with screenshots, support later apologized and confirmed that no breach had occurred and the notification was due to a miscommunication. I was then given yet another explanation regarding the daily drawdown.

Eventually, they confirmed that all five accounts are active and I can trade.

Mistakes can happen, but traders should not have to spend days exchanging emails just to establish whether their accounts are active or breached. This experience has wasted considerable time and seriously affected my confidence in their platform and support.

$206 discrepancy that Blue Guardian never properly explained

I had a $100,000 Instant Standard account with Blue Guardian, and honestly, the way this situation was handled has been extremely frustrating.

My account reached an equity of $105,417.66, and Blue Guardian told me that this made my Daily Drawdown limit $102,417.66. Later, my equity went down to $102,414.80, so technically they say I exceeded the limit by just $2.86.

I understand that part.

What I don't understand is the $206 difference in the actual numbers.

I checked the trading journal on Blue Guardian's own dashboard. The trades from August 19 show a total net loss of around $2,796.86.

But Blue Guardian is using an equity decline of $3,002.86.

That's a difference of:

$3,002.86 - $2,796.86 = $206.00

So I repeatedly asked a very simple question:

Where exactly did this additional $206 come from?

Was it floating P&L? A particular trade? Commission? Swap? Fees? Something else?

I asked them several times to simply give me the exact trade details and the calculation behind it.

Instead, I kept getting replies like:

"The breach is valid."

or

"Check your dashboard."

The frustrating part is that I had already checked the dashboard. That's literally why I was contacting support in the first place. I wasn't asking them where to find my trades. I was asking them to explain the difference between the numbers shown in their own system.

There was also some confusion in their support replies. One representative explained the calculation using the 5 PM EST rollover, while another initially described it as a trailing/highest-profit calculation. They later clarified that the trailing/highest-profit explanation was incorrect for my particular Daily Drawdown calculation and apologized for the conflicting information.

I'm not posting this because I expect special treatment or because I don't understand that rules exist.

My issue is transparency.

If the breach is valid, that's fine — but then show me the actual calculation. Tell me which trade or adjustment created the extra $206. Give me the numbers and let me verify them myself.

After going back and forth with support multiple times, I still didn't get a clear trade-by-trade explanation of that difference.

I've kept the screenshots of the dashboard and the complete email conversation, so everything I've mentioned here can be verified.

I'm sharing this because if you're considering buying an account with Blue Guardian, make sure you fully understand how their drawdown and equity calculations work and keep your own records.

This was my personal experience, and honestly, the lack of a straightforward answer from support was more frustrating than the actual $2.86 breach itself.

Do not buy or trade any account with this platform. Their spillage is very bad and you will loose all of your money to them. Their support service is terrible and you will regret it. I am happy that I agreed and joined to invest with .#Crop#Mines..# they are consistent and pays on time without any delay.
