I currently work for Bluebird care…
I currently work for Bluebird care Inverclyde and Renfrewshire.. part time atm and it has truly got to be the best company I’ve worked for and indeed the best job I’ve had. Training approach is great and they also do shadow shifts with other staff members and this is very helpful if never worked in community care. I find all the management/ office staff amazing, any time I need to I can call anyone at the office and they are always happy and there to help whenever. I have been working since I was 16 and now I am 35 and can see this being my last job/ career as I’m ever so settled and happy and of course I love every client I am privileged to care for.

Bluebird Care are fantastic
Bluebird Care are fantastic. They really listen and provide carers that are a good match for your family circumstances.
I love that as a family we have online access to view the carer schedule and see the notes each time a carer has visited. This has provided great reassurance and often allowed us to step back a bit and let our dad feel more independent.
Their communication is miles ahead of any other care company we have used in the past.
I would highly recommend them and we will definitely use them again!
