Bluebird Care provided 24/7 live in care for my elderly relative before she moved to residential care.
She was treated with kindness and respect.

Outstanding care company
From the outset this company were professional and they really listened to what we wanted and needed from a carer. Everyone they sent was perfect which was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies.
Contact and checks are punctual and professional and they really try to accommodate extra requests. Dawn is amazing as a care supervisor. Thoroughly recommend this company.

A very caring service
Joanna went over and above to try and ensure our Mum (91) was getting the care she needed: she tried so hard to engage with Mum and was incredibly kind and friendly with her.
Other members of the team were quick to raise the alarm when they felt Mum was unwell, which is really important with an elderly person when professional health is required.

Very good experience.
All the Bluebird carers that attended my mother in law were extreemly kind and understanding to her needs and requirements. Although this was only for a few months until she moved to residential care, I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I love working for bluebird care west essex they are so suportive of customers and carers the training is excellent and informative The management team is great and our senior care workers are fantastic in my opinion they put the care in carer
