I have been with the company for almost a year. I find the office staff and my supervisor amazing at communicating and I feel fully supported. The training was amazing I have learnt from some amazing carers and I feel like I am just going from strength to strength.

We have been with Bluebird for 10 months now, the Bluebird carers help my husband with washing, shaving, dressing and his mobility with a hoist. I am his main carer and have been for years, but it got to a point i was struggling to do it on my own, he needed more equipment. Bluebird have been a god send, the carers are professional, reliable and my husband and I have made good connections with them. Communication with the office is tremendous, i know if i need extra help with any problem i can pick the phone up and know they will be there. I highly recommend Bluebird Care.

The induction training with Karen was really thorough. I really enjoyed the learning experience. The concepts and ideas covered the legal and moral challenges of being a responsible carer
The process was both entertaining and really informative. I felt I understood so much more about person centred care after the course. I also understood more about the demands and emotional challenges of the job. I felt that Bluebird would be a really responsive and supportive employer. I could also see why this is such a rewarding career

Bluebird Care helped us through the most difficult period in our family's life, as my Mum had severe dementia. The carers were all extremely professional whilst being friendly at the same time and helping us all feel relaxed to have them in our home. As time went by, as promised, they matched a small number of regular carers to my Mum to provide consistency and help build a caring rapport.
The carers who came consistently really felt like part of our family unit and helped us cope with the situation. They were at all times gentle and attentive and I genuinely felt like they had my Mum's comfort, peace of mind and well being as their priority.

My Mum is 91 and lives alone in a bungalow. After trying a few options, she found Bluebird care to come and visit twice a week to help with shopping and to make her laugh. This increased to include cleaning, bed changing and transport to and from her most favourite activities. They took her out for coffee, went shopping, put lunch ready, checked on meals and were awesome at jigsaws! My mum was taken ill, the carer spotted it early and then the whole team helped both my mum and me to cope with the rapid changes to needs. They are the most amazing team. I cannot recommend the Bluebirds highly enough for every possible care need.

I have worked for bluebird for 2 years and l love it, l like the fact we help people to live independently in their own home,l love meeting new people and bluebird bring people together, they provide ongoing training, and you can go further in your career,office staff are always helpful,always at the end of the phone to answer your question,big or small,any concerns they look into it straight away,they look and for you and their clients,overall a lovely company to work for.

Brilliant, such lovely carers who work really hard, and go above and beyond to look after your loved one. We have been using them for a year or two now for my elderly father. In addition, there is always somebody available directly on the phone if you need to add any details about the care required, so you never need to worry. I would recommend this company without hesitation!
