I have been working 2 years for bluebird I am really enjoying it the office staff is amazing lovely very helpful always there if you need them always answer the phone when you ring them nothing is never to much also the on call always answer the phone when you ring them week day or weekend if you got a problem the service users are all lovely they make your day blue bird is the best company I have ever worked for and I will be looking forward to the next couple of years working for bluebird.

I am a senior carer for bluebird and I absolutely love my role, the amount of support I receive, the customers I attend are all so lovely and the joy I get out of helping and supporting these individuals is just amazing, it’s such a rewarding job. It’s such a reward to be able to go out and support individuals and their families. All the management are lovely and we provide so many services to ensure our customers are looked after entirely.

Brilliant company, great structure. They’ve given me the opportunity to work hours that suit my family needs as well as my health. It is a great team to be a part of and there is always help available.
Good pay and plenty of opportunities for overtime should you want it, and it is great to see them growing.
