Don't bother
Don't bother. Product took many months to arrive without any contact or explanation. When it arrived the packaging was woefully inadequate and the planter was damaged and missing parts. I asked for a replacements but despite multiple emails they haven't arrived.

Very High Quality Bin Store and Great Service
We ordered a bespoke quad bin store and it was installed over the weekend. The bin store came painted in the exact colour we requested and is very high quality. The team were always very responsive and kept us up to date and always quick to reply when we asked any questions. As the store was bespoke, it took a little longer but was worth the wait.

AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DON’T ACTUALLY WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.
If i could give 0 stars i would. I placed an order on the 12th April for a 2 door bin storage unit. Just their basic unit, no alterations. I get it that they are built to order but they advertise 5-6 weeks when they should actually say 3-4 months for a bin. I wouldn’t mind if it was a sofa but a bin that doesn’t even have a base. We are now in July and I am still waiting for a refund. They not only did not deliver but never once did they communicate with me. Wherever I chased them they would lie and say it was arriving the following week. Not once did they communicate with me unless I chased them. I was extremely patient however when we got to week 12, I had enough and requested a refund which I am still waiting for. I have also screenshot the last response I got from them when querying my refund. Just warning others who are considering using them. See response below:
Ask your bank instead of sending stupid messages .
It’s been refunded again as I’d didn’t go through last time .
You are ridiculous. You’ve ordered a piece of furniture that’s made to order . It takes time like a new sofa but you didn’t want to wait the creation time so don’t give me this rubbish about having your money since April .
