Shocking customer service
Firstly after ordering a dress that was in stock at the time my order was delayed apparently due to a warehouse move, then after 4 weeks I was advised that my product was now out of stock and I would need to wait longer at this time I was offered the choice of a refund or if I waited they would send me a gift card for my patience, I waited and the dress finally came, the gift card never did, I've emailed them several times and get fobbed off each time "we'll send this to the right department for it to be sorted straight away" also the dress fell apart on the second time of wearing so really not happy at all as I have very little confidence that if I returned the dress I'd get a refund
Positive first order
Ordered a total of 10 items, ended up keeping 5 and returning 5.
They all arrived in bags and folded as expected.
The quality of the clothes was fair considering the price.
The sizes where a little off, as two dresses fit lovely and others in the same size where tight across the shoulders.
Arranging a return could do with improving as you to email them with the order number, the item description and reason for the return.
(Would be easier if it was an online form on your account)
Customer service replied in less then 24hours, they offered to let me keep the items and a 50%discount, or return for a full refund.
I asked for the refund, they replied fast and I sent an Ervi label, which I took to a Tesco and returned the parcel.
In less then a week they had refunded the money to my PayPal (which seemed very quick)
One thing I would watch going forward is they said free returns on first order, I believe BloomChic ship from China which could lead to more expensive returns.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!
I ordered 2 dresses, il be honest, one of the dresses was really lovely, fitted true to size and looked really pretty and was good value, I have kept it and felt great wearing it. I can not fault that dress!! I can however, fault EVERYTHING else about my shopping experience. The other dress I ordered was awful. A green, wrinkled potato sack! In fairness both dresses arrived like wrinkled messes!
I repeatedly messaged and emailed the company to organise a return, because there is no other way to do it! Silence for days and days. I eventually got a reply and was offered a 50% refund and to keep the dress but said no thank you. Eventually I got a returns label after terrible communication. I returned the parcel, the tracking info says they have had the return for a week but I’ve had no further communication and no refund. I’m unlikely too I reckon!
The also never stated anywhere there would be Non GB purchase fees and transaction fees, maybe that’s my ignorance I don’t know
But all in all and awful shopping experience even though the one dress was lovely!!
Abysmal company
Abysmal company. Bought two dresses and I want to return one. You have to contact customer services to request a return. Their customer service team does not reply to any emails. They are a disgrace. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Just in case Bloomchic deign to read and respond to this. The order I want to return is the floral flutter dress. I want to return because you missold it as a maxi dress and it isn’t - it’s a midi. I have written this in several emails over the past several days!

Dreadful returns policy.
I ordered two dresses. When then finally arrived they were two sizes too big. I have emailed 3 times but still no response asking how to return and get a refund. It is now longer than the six week return period and I’m left £50+ out of pocket with two unwearable dresses. Avoid.
Where to start… i waited for the order…
Where should I start?… i waited for the order almost 4 weeks, when finally it arrived 2 out of 3 items are too big, I sent already 3 emails, no respond at all!!! They have 6 weeks return policy. 4 weeks pass already… On the website they advertise them self as they reply to you in 24hours…LOL…big shame, because materials are nice and if I wouldn’t have this experience I would be ordering more, but in this circumstances I recommend to AVOID!!!!!!

Seems impossible to return
Ordered 3 tops, keeping one however trying to return the other 2 is seeming impossible, no response to emails, Facebook messages or the contact page on the website, slightly worried this site may be some kind of scam.
Colour Running
Update....bloomchic have now refunded me in full after arguing it wasn't a "return" and was a fault . So I have added a couple of stars for their prompt replies and final. But I can't give anymore due to the product not being what I expected for the money.
I brought a dress which did take a while to arrive but I was prepared for this. I tried it on a loved it. The cleavage area was not as baggy as advertised so I did have to put an extra pin in it. However my problem lies after wearing and washing. I had saved wearing it for my holiday and washed it after returning....the colour has run mainly around the sleeves. When I contact bloomchic they offered me a measly 15% discount on another item because I was outside their returns window. My advice...avoid this company purely for their after sales. The dress was lovely on first sight and try on. But is not worth the price tag after washing.

I have emailed CS 4 times, left messages via the gate and still no response. So much for friendly great CS. All I want to do is exchange a dress as its way too big and not the dimensions stated

Such a shame! Don't buy there. Poor quality, expensive and no answer after 30 mails. Just a big big scam. Don't trust this compagny. I just wanted to send the 3 orrble dresses back and have a refund but nobody answer.
Avoid like the plague!
If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I don't mind waiting for a parcel to arrive, especially when it has to be shipped. But what I do mind, is having to wait more than 2 weeks for a reply when asking for the returns process and address. I'm yet to receive this information and was told to "be patient" when I messaged them on Facebook!
Also, when contacting them via email (which was also no help), they replied asking me for my waist/bust and hip measurements. Who asks for such personal information while also avoiding the whole point of your email? Nothing was even mentioned regarding a returns address which I'd politely requested. I'm starting to lose all hope that I'll ever get my money back or an address to return the unwanted items!
