It is quite along distance for me to visit Blizard but the Very knowledgeable, helpful staff made the journey worth while.

Currently undergoing physio for my shoulder and so far the results are extremely positive-have a number to go yet., My wife had physio with J Blizard a few years ago for back pain and sciatica etc which was completely successful. Currently she has undergone physio for her knee, recommended by her consultant and the pain has subsided- practically gone. She will return in a few weeks to see how things are. As for myself, with those positive results for my wife I had absolutely no hesitation in going to J Blizard to solve the problem of my shoulder. 100% professional and pinpoints the problem quickly. Absolutely recommend this Company to anyone suffering with pain and for general well being.

I had a lactate threshold test with Dave Tune last week. The test itself was fantastic. I was given a thorough explanation of what I was doing. What we would be testing and afterwards I was given a specific plan to help me to my ultimate goal which is the London Marathon. I've also attended several physio appointments with Jenny and each time we localise the issue and sort it, and i'm also given exercises or tips on how to prevent in the future. Overall the service is fantastic!

Used Blizard to shop with before and always received very good service. Always takes time to talk through your development and issuses (if any). Thought I’d give their Dynamic workshop a go! Fab event. Jenny and Dave delivered an 1hr’s workshop and I learnt loads. Still trying to get into a routine of doing them daily ;-)

I go to Pilates and Celine the teacher is amazing she makes sure you do the exercises in the right position all the time so not to damage your body and makes the class really interesting. Everyone at Blizzard is really friendly and make you feel welcome. I also had a massage with Leah which was really good and would definitely recommend you try it.

Brilliant Pilates sessions. Celine is clearly extremely knowledgable, experienced and cares that her clients get the best experience they can.

My 9 year old daughter came to Blizard on the recommendation of her dance teacher due to a very painful foot. We came to see Matty, he took great care with my daughter, took time to examine her and carefully consider her diagnosis before fully explaining it to her and myself. Each time we visited she was treated with care and respect, y daughter is very fond of Matty and put her full trust in him. After 3 months away from her dancing she is now back to full fitness and dancing 5 times a week.
