No customer service contact. Partner courier company, Delhivery, worst in delivery. Unable to fulfill any orders due to zero support in order execution.

Horrid experience.

I thought before buying their product and saw their ad on Instagram and it was very nice. I ordered XXL pants for delivery. But they sent me the size too small and poor quality pants, I request for exchange/return. This Complaint in mail id has not responded to my request till now.

They have a terrible refund policy.we ordered joggers but recieved with a bad quality with wrong size. And when we tried to return, there policy says that they will not accept returns with wrong size.
Do not shop from blink in store!!

"I received an incorrect product from your store and immediately wrote an email to customer care requesting a refund. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any response. This was my first order from your store, and I am deeply disappointed with the experience. Not only was the product of poor quality, but the lack of response to my complaint adds to my frustration."

I ordered a blood meter this morning from nhs uk website, paying through blinkora, then had a message from bank stating possible fraud.
I have had no confirmation email from blinkora or the advertiser.
I contacted the fraud dept at bank who said the payment was pending but couldn’t stop it going through without suspending my account. There is no way to contact this company(ies)
They will take action when payment goes through!
Why hasn’t it been stopped?

Blinkstore has a bright idea, however the execution could not have been much worse.
From my understanding, the printing services being offered aren't done in-house but outsourced, which limits their ability to conduct quality checks consistently thereby making it highly inconsistent. Communication between Blinkstore and store owners is virtually non-existent; they have a WhatsApp channel (until the time of writing - they are expected to close that down soon as well) however, they never manage to address concerns or provide updates.
The current website is incredibly slow and buggy and has an outdated UI with no options to customise it - the attraction of owning a storefront at no cost remains true, but unless you're an organisation or a content creator with an existing customer base, this does not help you in any way whatsoever. Now, it was expected to be updated since the middle of August (although, I have heard other store owners that they've been making the same empty promises since the end of 2022) yet it has always been pushed back due to some reason or the other. The customer service, again, is virtually non-existent; takes them a week to get back to you once an issue has been raised and another week to come to a resolution (if you're lucky).
To any aspiring POD business owners out there, I highly recommend staying away from them, at least until they've managed to get proper financial backing (which is doubtful in my opinion) and finally manage to make some of the updates they've promised so far (wouldn't bet on it).
Also, the figures that they provide about their success rate (no of stores and no of products sold so far) don't matter even the tiniest bit - what matters is the volume of sales done on a monthly basis and the no of active stores managing to generate revenue on a consistent basis

Print quality is dull and customer service is worst. They do not respond on time and by the time they reply your replacement days are over

I have my shop called www. playful.blinkstore.in. Their server uses an unsecure protocol and my website loads sometimes successfully; while rest of the time there is a blank screen saying "This site can’t provide a secure connection www. playful.blinkstore.in uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH". Even the loading speed of webpage is slow(icons absent/not loaded) in a 150 mbps unlimited download speed.

All other shopping websites are loading at the same time but blinkstore often gives error. Customer care is of no use as I have spoken to them several times on whatsapp but they ignore and never reply. They just say that I have made URL mistake. As if I don't know my own shop URL which I've been using since months. The Download Invoice plugin has bug. The share plugin has bug because the thumbnail is never shared on FB / whatsapp. The delivery completed status update is still showing as pending for completed orders of 2 months past orders. Webpage has to be updated with better and updated plugins. Customer support is useless. Sorry to say this but I'm giving my review after 6 months.
