Blessrose 

Ordered a dress from this company and paid with my debit card.I did not receive an email confirmation of my purchase or an order number yet the cost along with postage was debited from my bank account. I have tried all sources to contact the company to no avail ,lots of the query forms either don’t allow you submit details or do not allow you to send the form So checked out reviews and appears to be a scam.I will now contact my bank re the payment but maybe I should have read the reviews before ordering.

I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from this company .I made a mistake and paid for the item twice . I did receive the blouse quickly about a week .But there is no way I can find how to try and get back the overpayment Like other reviews the blouse is nothing like the ad ,really poor cheap quality ,a lesson learned do not buy from this company ever .

Ordered 8 items from what i thought was airydres.com the goods took ages to come the fabric was rubbish.nothing like the pic.eay to small and i got charged for returning myself and they took £3 per item for shippkng back to them so paid twice and have not had a refund. Now blessrose.com have taken £41 OUT Of my bank and will not reply to me as i have no order number.how can there be an order number when i have not orfered from blessrose.com. total scam.warning DO NOT BUY 1 ITEM FROM THIS COMPANY IR AIRYCLOTH.COM

Brought two dresses. One looks like a night grown and the other was too small. I tried to used the return policy online but they asked for a order number and it was never sent ( no paper with any information for the items, just a plastic bag that was sent in ) with the dresses. Now I'm stuck with these dresses because there's no order number. I tried calling but it was Hong Kong number so now what?

Ik heb vandaag mijn bestelling ontvangen en ik ben heel erg teleurgesteld. Op de website zag er alles zo mooi uit, maar in werkelijkheid is het VEEL minder!!!!! 😡Goedkoop gemaakt en ook heel goedkope stoffen. Ik had 8 items besteld maar ik denk dat ik er niets van zal aandoen. 😥😥😥

J'ai reçu ma commande et je suis très déçue, les robes qui sont en photo sur le site n'ont rien a voir avec celles que j'ai reçue, une était en coton et c'est du nylon, l'autre en polyester pour même, une robe noire avec des fleurs en voile pfffff polyester et pas cintré rien a voir avec les photos du site.

Estafa. No compréis.

Es una estafa. Compré un vestido que en la foto era rojo oscuro tirando a granate, con estampado punteado tupido, de largo a media pierna. Lo que enviaron fue uno de coo rojo chillón (chicle) con un punteado aislado que nada tenía que ver con las fotos. Con una tela de calidad pésima y corto de modo que llegaba por las rodillas a una mujer pequeña. Intentas reclamar pero no puedes. Cuando has rellenado todo y adjuntado las fotos que piden, te dice que hay un error. Enviando email respondiendo al enviado por ellos te responden con otro con un texto larguísimo en chino que, traduciéndolo por Internet te dice que "te lo han de ueltocporque el buzón del destinatario está lleno o porque es demasiado grande el que envías. N hay forma.

No han cumplido con nada de lo pedido. El plazo de entrega se pasa en más de un mes de la fecha prevista en la compra. (Esto hace imposible la devolución ya que piden que se haga a los 14 días de la compra y al llegar la mercancia mes y medio más tarde ya no se puede.) La ropa no tiene nada que ver con las fotos. Los colores no se parece mucho, el tejido no es el mismo que se aprecia en la página web y la confección es muy muy mala. Mangas más largas una de otra, escote desproporcionado. costuras reviradas....etc.. NO COMPREÍS. Espero que se pongan en contacto conmigo y me devuelvan el dinero.

I ordered 2 dresses on the 7th of March. Still waiting. I can't even check when they arrive. All it tells me they have been with Yodel for a couple of days.

j'ai passé commande le 31.1.21, j ai reçu un accusé de réception de commande et de paiement...à ce jour, mon compte est vide : pas de commande !! j ai fait une réclamation aujourd'hui, j attends une réponse ! je suis inquiète

Es una estafa. No tiene nada que ver con la foto, yo me compré una chaqueta, y no te hacen la devolución. He puesto una queja solicitando la devolución después de dos meses y te contentan un mail en chino sin traducción, así que tengo que ir a un bazar para que me digan lo que indica.
Pero de todo se aprende, ha sido la primera y última vez que compro y el boca boca no será muy bueno por mi parte.

Nada que ver la foto con el producto... Son artículos de Aliexpress, a veces al mismo precio o un poco más caro. En mi caso no encontré el artículo en Aliexpress así que lo pedí en esta web y como suponía cualquier parecido con la realidad es pura coincidencia jajaja. Pero ya me lo esperaba y por el precio y para lo que lo quería me vale. En fin, no confiéis en la foto porque el género suele ser malo malísimo y el artículo no corresponde casi en nada con lo que te envían, como mucho en el color si tienes suerte...

The reviews are correct in that the item I brought did not look like the photo, however I had no issues with getting a refund. There is no delivery note, but the instructions are clear on the website on how to get a refund.

I emailed and had a quick response. They refunded me and told me to keep the item. The refund was in my account swiftly.

With that being said, I would probably choose not to buy from here again, as I do not want to take the risk of the item not being as I expected. If the photos are a true reflection of the item then it would be better.

Una estafa!!!!! he pedido dos vestidos y me han mandado lo que les ha dado la gana. Son dos batas a cual más fea la una de la otra.es un engaño.No compréis porque está visto que no son de fiar.

Materiale di scarsissima qualita'. Assolutamente completamente diversa da quella che si vede in fase di ordine . Assolutamente da non consigliare.
