Commande faites le 6 mai 2021, paiement débité de suite sur le compte bancaire, aucun avis de commande confirmé, et toujours rien reçu, aucune adresse mail ou num de tel pour les joindre, commant faire pour se faire rembourser ??

Comme tous commande passéismes y a 3 semaines
A ce jour toujours rien reçu mais par contre débité dès le lendemain
Comment faire pour se retourner
Je vais déjà aller porté plainte

Je viens de recevoir ma commande , les photos ne corresponde absolument pas minable horrible et pas possible de les joindre ( les commandes arrive bien mais quelle horreur bon j aurai dû me méfier vue les prix

I haven't used this company, but did use a very similar one, with exactly the same reviews as this company. I tried and tried to get a refund, to no avail. I called my bank, explained what had happened, and they gave me a full refund.

J’ai Fais une commande chez vous le 8/5/2021. Pas de confirmation de commande, aucune notification sur ma boîte mail, mais le payement a été débité de suite, est-ce une arnaque ?? Vais-je recevoir ma commande bientôt ou jamais ?? 😡 merci de me répondre

La commande que j'ai reçu, ne correspond pas du tout a ce que j'avais commandée, entre les photos et ce que vous recevez ça n'a rien à voir. C'est une grosse arnaque, en plus pour faire le retour c'est impossible, soit disant que la page est inaccessible. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Hice un pedido el día 12 de abril. Noe enviaron numero de pedido. Me cobraron 24euros y los he reclamando, ya no me contesta a las preguntas que le hago respecto a esto!!! ES UNA ESTAFA. EL COBRO LES TIENE QUE APARECER.
NO COMPRES AQUÍ . TENGO EL CARGO EN MI CUENTA Y SE LOS HE ENVIADO. SIN UNOS CARA DURAS Y NO CONTESTAN. A MI ME ENTRA UN DINERO A MI EMPRESA Y SE DE DONDE VIENE Y DE QUIEN ES... NO ME HAGO LA LOCA.

Je pense que c'est comme Parisvera, il vole les photos sur des sites. J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience identique avec le site ci-dessus. Les produits ne correspondent absolument pas aux photos, c'est que du polyamide bas de gamme. Et pour le remboursement vous pouvez toujours courir. Prudence, FUYEZ ces sites.Nous serons toutes perdantes. Mensonge sur un produit, égal escroquerie !

2eme commande faite suis très contente, robe , chaussures parfait , délais 15 jours très bien

Ordinato un abito, arrivato in 10 giorni, corrispondeva esattamente alla foto e descrizione. Ottimi prezzi

I received a package which contained a shirt & pants that was ordered. I didn't feel either item was as shown in the picture. I would keep the shirt but wanted to return the pants. When I try to ask for a return form they don't seem to even have me in their system. It is funny but I do have a payment deducted from my checking account.

I received my order via mail later than was expected. When I opened the package I was appalled, all the dresses were made of that cheap, shiny, satin material that was stiff and impossible to wear comfortably. They were sad representations of what I ordered. The USPS label was slapped over the original label concealing my order number. The package contained only the dresses but nothing else. Without that order number I was unable to proceed returning these items. The chat now was a joke, no chat window appeared, just their page where you began shopping. Their was no phone number except for one for Hong Kong. This company makes my blood boil, and a prime example of how easy it is to be shafted online. What have I learned from this? To duplicate any orders or correspondence I have with any companies.

I have written texts, sent copies of a bank statement that shows they took money from my account.
But they say no order recieved.
So what am i oaying for?
When you text as thats what they say to do.
You get a stupid letter saying fill this in.
Then you get another saying you havent paid.
Yet ive showed them i have.
Please bewate of them.
There are many ,many more complaints. People who have had same happen to them.
They scamyou.
Protect yourself.
But so not "buy"from them.
You are getting fresh air.
Nothing more.
Oh and good reviews are from people who dont exsist.
Ive yried.

I ordered a dress from Blessrose in March. Payment was taken from my bank two days later.When I did not receive it in a timely manner, I contacted company. I was told to go to website and fill out forms. They wanted a order number sent to my email address. NO email was ever received. I do not have an order number or confirmation. But money was paid, I want my dress or a full refund. I regret not researching this company before ordering. NEVER Again!

I ordered before I read the reviews on here, so obviously I was panicking that I had been ripped off, and that I would never see my clothes or money again.
The clothes turned up, all of the one that I had ordered, sizing seems ok, the clothes are not made of the best material but they are only for work so I wasn't particularly bothered.
I probably won't order again, but it wasn't the ordeal that some people are saying.
