Black Steel Doors Anmeldelser

Great service and product. I have purchased fire-rated for my home, needed a little more specific information for the building control but they were helpful and provided everything we requested. We were very impressed with the service as well as the product itself which is not only safe but also very nice to look on.

The whole process ran smoothly and on time. Great service and updates from Matyas and Natalia. The installers carried out a very professional job, were friendly and were happy to go the extra mile to meet our needs. We were delighted with the finished product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company.

The whole process was easy, smooth and pressure free from start to finish. Natalia kept us informed constantly which helped to organise our home renovation schedule. The door was installed without any complications and looks great. Total success!

What a magnificent experience from start to finish with this company. From the first phone call to installation completion. The 2 installers were polite, courteous and their attention to deal, was 1st class. My experience way exceeded my expectations.

Helpful and friendly, every step was carried out professionally and they kept me updated on all stages of my order. The fitting went very smoothly and I am really pleased with my lovely new door!

Great experience with Black Steel Doors. Found their company on Instagram and decided to get an estimate for my internal doors. It’s definitely worth the price and I can honestly say that their product is top quality. Service was great aswell, very straightforward and Matyas was very helpful. Very professional and reliable company.

It has been a pleasure being a client of Black Steel Doors – right from the start to the end, the service was nothing less than professional, punctual and the service team were incredibly thoughtful in their approach specifically to respecting our privacy during installation and maintaining tidiness throughout. With most jobs there are always obstacles, however the team went above and beyond to find solutions and at all times were transparent and maintained a clear line of communication with us. The finishing product is of high quality, functional and has an incredible ‘wow’ factor. I would strongly recommend and will use them in the future if I have the opportunity to do so.

Black Steel has been absolutely amazing! I have exchanged my wooden external doors with steel bi-fold doors and they look marvelous. These doors bring so much light into my home and embellish my garden. Ordering was straightforward and the doors arrived after 12 weeks. I really do recommend this company when you're looking for new beautiful doors.

I love the sliding doors which have recently been installed in my home! They just give a finish look and make my living room look absolutely beautiful

Had my front door replaced in April. It took Black steel doors one day to do the job.Very happy with the service and quality of work. Highly recommended!!!

We are very happy with our newly installed internal, magnetic-close doors. Communication with Black Steel Doors was excellent from sales through to design and installation. Professional, courteous, attention paid to every detail. Would highly recommend this company.

From ordering, to delivery and fitting, the whole experience I had was perfect. The team was so helpful and friendly and my door was ordered and fitted in just a couple of months. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Absolutely beautiful doors. Highly recommend Black Steel.
I have searched for a company with steel doors for months before we started the renovation, saw couple online but when we visited the showroom the decision was made. The doors took 11 weeks for manufacture but it was worth to wait and we are so happy with the overall experience.

Highly Recommend!
Love the doors. They arrived sooner than I expected and the Black Steel team installed them perfectly. Michal, one of the installation guys had taken care of protecting the floor and surroundings which was very important to me as the floor is brand new. I can't thank you enough!

While renovating our entire home and building an extension we really wanted to include the Steel doors to lighten up our home, make it look modern and spacious. We have visited Black Steel Doors in their Wembley showroom and it has been extremely helpful to choose the perfect doors. We went with the external Bifold doors, sliding doors in the upstairs on suite and double doors with screen in our living area. Black Steel Doors were extremely good by updating us through the whole process and gave us all the information we needed for our building team. The overall experience was great. We are happy to share this experience as we think that the whole team deserves a big thank you, from our project manager to the coordinator and installation team they all did amazing.

We are over the moon with our external and internal doors that have been installed last week! The quality is just outstanding and the service we have received throughout could not possibly be better!! Really do recommend Black Steel Doors. Thank you so much guys!!

The doors are very nice but I have been extremely disappointed with the service from Black Steel doors. They were more interested in their payment rather than me as a client. When the doors were not completed, I kept a really small amount of the original payment because I wanted them to finish the job. They made several phone calls to me about this tiny payment rather than finish the job. They were not concerned about client satisfaction which was disappointing.

We ordered 3 double french doors and we are very happy with the quality of the doors fitted. If you want doors that will last forever then you'll have to pay more and Black steel company gave us a very high quality product. In all couldn't be happier with quality and service .

Kasia and her team were amazingly helpful from start to finish the quality of the end product is absolutely outstanding the doors Are great new addition to our new house and renovation thank you !!!!

Doors of this kind aren't cheap so I was understandably nervous about this project. I went with this firm predominantly because they have a small showroom in Wembley which at least allowed me to get a look and feel of the product. After lots of discussions and questions from me to the Sales team I eventually settled on a 2.4m x 2.4m french door with side panels. The result is beautiful. Only one day in but the product seems very well made and sturdy. The installation service also was fantastic. They broke a light in the process but immediately arranged for the replacement cost to be made-good. All-in-all I would definitely recommend this company, especially if like me you are thinking about paying the extra for real Crittall. The only one thing I would say is make sure you check your drawings properly before they begin making the door, to ensure it lines up with your expectations.
