Iron On Patches Are Amazing
The iron on patches are amazing! I did not expect the quality and ease of use. I am very impressed.
The one less star is due to the delivery expectation. Two weeks turned into over a month. I was being asked to provide a review before I actually received the product.

Thanks so much for your review! We're thrilled to hear you were impressed with the quality of the iron-on patches and found them so easy to use.
We're also sorry that the delivery took longer than expected and that you received a review request before your order arrived. While we work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times can occasionally be longer than expected and are unfortunately outside of our direct control.
Thanks again for your feedback and support—it truly means a lot to us.

The Best Customer Service ever!
My shipment took a little longer than expected and I was not receiving current updates from the courier. I contacted Black Maple customer service and boy was I happy to speak with a representative named Ash.
Ash talked me off the ledge several times last week regarding my order that was urgently needed by a certain date. Now I realize nothing could magically speed up my order but Ash understood the urgency and was a kind voice of reason. Each morning before I could contact Ash, he had already sent me an email update, (Who does that?!)
This is the type of employee that should train all new hire “customer service staff” at Black Maple Trading!
I will be sharing my good experience with all my friends & family. As an added bonus, the Canadian themed hoodie and tee shirt I ordered are fantastic, so it’s a win-win for me.
Thank you Ash, for the outstanding customer service and thank you Black Maple trading company for providing excellent Canadian content clothing🇨🇦
I look forward to future purchases.
Kind Regards,
Kelly
