I've had three rings for a little over a year now. I wear them daily and they still look like new. Amazing quality. I cannot say enough good things about the merchandise and the people involved.

Order took 4-5 weeks to arrive with no communication. I was under the impression that I got scammed but ultimately did receive the package after a surprisingly long wait. I wish they would have communicated that better, as I don't mind waiting longer if necessary...

Appalling customer service
I had to chase three times to get a response re a return. I sent the item back well over a month ago and still waiting for a refund. My email was ignored. People like these give small businesses a bad name.

High quality, long delivery time.
Quality of the product was great. However, delivery took upwards of 10 days which was ashame. Overall 5 stars if delivery time is not an issue for the customer.
