Ordered a very limited watch, I believe 750 out of 1000 is in Japan, rest all around the world, or so I’ve read online, and here they had it in stock.
No one else could get it, I’ve tried for several weeks and spent quite a lot of time searching.
Took some time to prepare the order, but once processed, I got it air shipped to Denmark with delivery the morning after.

Excellent customer service

I was really happy with the help I received from Liam when buying a watch. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. His excellent customer service made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I’m very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend Liam to anyone looking for great service. sent pre-owned watch despite promised brand new

I ordered a watch for a gift for my wife, Before placing order, I called James Moore to confirm that the watch I am ordering would be brand new not pre-owned or used. I was reassured by man on the phone that it would be brand new, as they are authorised dealer for Olivia Burton. However, when I received the watch, it was not new at all, there were scratches on the belt, no plastics for protection on the watch, poor packaging. it was clearly preowned and returned piece.
Further to surprise, watch was sent by another company called First Class Watches ltd. while I placed order with James Moore Jewellers. This information was not advertise on their website. misinforming customer.
I had to return the watch. They ruined the occasion.
I will not buy from James Moore Jewellers and would not recommend anyone.

First of all, please accept my sincere apologies. I completely understand why you are so disappointed, especially since this watch was meant to be a special gift for your wife. I am very sorry that we let you down and ruined the occasion.

We take customer service incredibly seriously, and I want to be entirely transparent about what happened. When your order was processed, we actually had three of this exact model in stock. Every item is supposed to undergo a strict quality control check by our trained staff before being packed. It is clear that this check failed in your case, and the watch should absolutely not have been sent out to you in anything less than perfect, brand-new condition.

I can see that a free return and full refund have already been processed for your order, though I know this doesn't make up for the frustration caused.

I also want to clear up the confusion regarding First Class Watches. James Moore & Co is our physical high street store and brand name, but all of our online orders are processed by our sister company, First Class Watches Limited, simply for administrative reasons. First Class Watches was actually set up back in 2004 by the owners of James Moore & Co. While we do state this in the footer at the bottom of every page on our website, I completely understand why seeing a different company name on your parcel caused concern. Please be assured that both are part of the exact same group, and all our stock is 100% genuine and sourced directly from authorised distributors.

As a smaller retailer, we rely heavily on positive customer experiences to keep our business going, and it is genuinely upsetting to hear we missed the mark here. Great longines authorised dealer

Visited James Moore jewellers and bought a Longines hydroconquest watch. Couldn't have asked for better service. Firstly they price matches to another authorised dealer and the lady who dealt with me in the shop was very patient. Spot on would highly recommend.

Associated with First Class Watches

This is the In Store jewellers for First Class Watches. I actually bought from First Class Watches but if Online is this good in store must be fantastic as you could toch and feel before making a purchase.

Good price for the watch - a Garmin Epix gen 2 pro 51mm in Titanium. Ordered late on Friday and delivered on the Tuesday. They followed up by email to make sure everything was ok which I am pleased to say it was. Watch is superb - very pleased.
