Mr Prado and the company is absolutely amazing ! I would highly recommend them to anyone for custom jerseys ! He went above and beyond for my son and I and also the team I’m playing for this season after my surgery’s ! If you want top notch products don’t hesitate !

I literally cant say enough good things about customer service💯 Paul was super nice, patient, and proffesional. Awesome experience. They were able to work with a design that I had and they were able to turn it into reality. The entire experience was smooth and all revisions were done fast and I had my jerseys in about 3 weeks. Highly recommend and I will be returning.

I ordered the jerseys and a little over 2 weeks they arrived, right when I needed them. The quality is super good and they were excellent to work with. We needed a number and name changed after the order was submitted and there was no problem doing that. For $25 a jersey you just can’t beat that. 10/10 recommend

Had 2 jerseys that didn't fit correctly and was able to get it handled quickly

I was initially a little skeptical having never done business with Black Bear and the general need to be cautious of internet transactions. My worries have been fully set aside and I will definitely be ordering again. Communication was fantastic and the design process streamlined. It's not always easy to convey the design you have in your head to a final workable design, but a couple of quick and easy adjustments later and we were ready for production. Turnaround time was exactly what they said it would be. They have definitely gained a repeat customer.

They were super awesome in getting exactly what we wanted our jerseys to look like and extremely patient with me changing small details on them. Once the design was complete, the ordering process was super easy and fast. Getting the jerseys was way faster than I expected. When finally looking at the jerseys in person, they were everything I was expecting. Bright, sharp colors and great quality jersey designed for those summer games in the hot sun. I look forward to showing them off at the next game.
