I deposited money and started playing,after 3 wins they limited my account and requested verification.I sent my ID card,Utility bill and selfie with ID card and paper with date,username and "Bitsler" on it.They said my account is under investigation and i will be notified,however they wont give me an ETA and just keep delaying my payout.I can provide screenshots of everything.Otherwise they are pretty solid for playing.I hope they will sort this out since i read a lot of good things about them.

Now they have deleted my account with funds on it.The account no longer exists so expect them to write here that the account doesn't exist,as on chat while my account was still on they have said that i didn't even deposit money.They are big time crooks,there are hundreds better crypto casinos then these scammers.So dont waste time and money with them.

Friends, read the manager's answer. He said that whenever needed, we will ask you for KYC. I will introduce the "DuckDice" site and I went there myself. They don't even want your name. Fake reviewes , all paid stuff , everyone who has given 5 stars has only 1 review that is bitsler . I won 25$ on their stream a month ago and cashed out 200$ . i won 25$ again two days ago and they just banned my account , i even did my kyc but they said i provided a fake address whereas i had only did a spelling mistake on of the words. Their Admin Is a big hot head and scammer he goes by the name NwOBitcoin. I wish i could attach photos of how he speaks and bans people for false reasons. Overall , This casino has fake followers on twitter , instagram and even Facebook. And even the reviews here are fake. Do not waste your money and time here.

Scam, after uploading all documents and pass all KYC requiers they do not withdraw

Scam website to gamble at. Why do they force users to change the probably fair seeds that just learned your strategy you are currently using and is designed to make you lose? I have never seen any gambling website where you are forced to change probably fair seeds unless you want to. No option to skip and when you do that, you'll lose all the time. Stay away from bitsler. SO MANY FAKE REVIEWS HERE BY BOTS.

Update: Found out they replied and asked below if i am the legitimate player. I have been there for years and years. I am an old player. The bitsler website is not the way it used to be. If i was not not a legitimate player and didn't give proof to trustpilot, my review wouldn't get verified.
