App is a little unwieldy. If you record a walk but then don't wait and hit the 'continue' button, it doesn't save it. Also some walks just disappear. Haven't managed to get enough points/biscuits for... Vis mer

Downgraded the vouchers we've been earning for months to lame competition entries or 25% tastecard or coffee purchases. Have already paid for the month upfront at £7.99 to get this drivel. Last update was bad, but this one.... nope!!
The app has been going downhill for several years... but their update on 1st July 2026.... has turned them into the biggest piece of crap app.
We lost our points and can no longer redeem them for any useful vouchers because of how they chose to restructure the whole rewards system.
I can recommend strongly that everyone gives this app and company a wide birth and put them out of business for all their stupid greed and shafting loyal app users.
If I could give minus I would. Used to be a really great walking app with great treats as a reward. The new changes suddenly brought in have absolutely trashed this once great app so disappointing. Looking over other recently added reviews everyone is of the same opinion, would like to know who the changes will appeal to as mentioned in the response's. If I wanted to be entered in to a competition that I knew l wasn't going to win I'd buy a lottery ticket.
Was happily paying premium subscription as points accrued each month could be cashed in as vouchers with hundreds of partners including retailers and restaurants etc. App benefits have completely changed without warning, effectively making accrued points worthless. They are still there but the partners you could use them at aren't. Subscription cancelled.
The app itself is fine but the rewards element is just a library of discounts and competitions that you can easily get elsewhere. Strange business decision and to make such big changes without communication or warning is very poor.
Used to be great, then I paid for the upgrade as you had to do that to maintain pretty much the same benefits - earning points to exchange for vouchers. But now - all you get are points to enable you to enter a few competitions to win vouchers. I cancelled my subscription immediately. I did get some sort of Coffee Club and Taste card but I don’t go to the places on offer with those cards, which also have their own restrictions. Can’t complain as you used to benefit so much. It’s not worth it for me.
I have used this app for years & I always recommended it. Since the upgrade, its confusing & pretty pointless in offering any perks now. After reading Biscuits replies - it seems the rewards suit actually no one!! I would love to know where their data has come from for this upgrade to be favourable!! I am really disappointed of this change, maybe ill create an app myself that gives the customers what they ACTUALLY want! Why change the app when it satisfied customers.
They have suddenly changed the app & how it works, without notifying the user, so all the biscuits you've now saved, too cannot exchange for vouchers for everyday things, ie M&S, Asda, etc. Users should have been notified so they could use their earned biscuits which is really unfair. The new way to me is not of interest at all, none of the rewards without having to pay or reach a certain amount of walks in so many days is undoable with the heat we are experiencing 33° and also the fact one of my dogs is 13, yrs old. I had enough biscuits which I was going to redeem for an m&s voucher, but now I have no option to use my biscuits I earned which is extremely unfair. They offer a £6 voucher towards "something " but that's still not what I earned. I won't be using this app anymore.
I used to use this app all week all the time. I loved the way it tracked our walk and earned us biscuits to purchase rewards. Since the so called upgrade on the 1st July it's awful. The rewards offered are good if you like specific takeaways and enjoy drinking in cafes, unfortunately we don't!! It's complicated and not worth paying to level up to biscuit plus !! We're very disappointed, I always recommended this to my doggy walking friends, not any more !! It's the age old saying "if it's not broken, don't fix it". Very disappointed, we loved the original version.
Biscuit was great for rewards, yes it took a while to get a voucher but it could be used in lots of great shops. Now with 2 days notice no more vouchers... Just a taste card (which you can get in plenty of other places already for free) or independent coffee discount and there's none I use anywhere near me. Luckily I had it free with waggel but I certainly wouldn't pay for it. No longer worth the hassle of logging walks as no rewards I would use, so deleted the app and will use tractive to track now. Shame biscuit let us all down with their 'improvement'
What a waste of time! I only recently started using biscuits again after I was so disappointed with them back in May 2025 when they brought out a subscription led scheme and reduced points from 25 to 5!
I was literally 200 reward points off getting a £10 voucher but had to settle for £5 instead! No notice of this useless update.
What use is 25% off coffee and meals out - were in a cost of living crisis at the moment and you think people are going to be going to the hassle of tracking dog walks, draining there batteries and answering pet care questions for that! You can get discounts through other channels which are far easier!
I have just deleted my account for once and for all, I dont want you having my data or my pets microchip details etc. Either.
Knew it was too good to be true when I joined late in 2024.

I have been with Biscuit for years and took out the plus option for £3.99 per month even though it greatly reduced the overall value for money (took twice as long to save for a voucher but still was marginally worth it). After the sudden announcement on 1/7 I will be cancelling and deleting the app once it gets to the end of July (already cancelled the plus payment) along with many others by the sound of it as its not worth the battery drainage alone to just enter a competition as my dog is one of the most active of his breed (usually 3 times the average breed walk) therefore the app is on for a long time

The recent changes to the reward scheme do not make the App worth using anymore. Also only 2 days notice via email that these changes were been implemented is not great either. I already have tastecard so to me that is not a benefit. Very dissatisfied
Was an amazing app until the latest update...very confusing and not easy to navigate...hopefully it will get sorted or I'll be deleting it
I would give it no stars if I could. Unfortunately there is no point in having an account anymore as the rewards are now non existent since the July "upgrade". There was little warning about this, which is so disappointing. I only got a £4 voucher but was close to javing £10 asda voucher but my points were wiped. I have now deleated my account. Unfortunatly biscuit are not interested in feedback so I would encourage others to leave and join the biscuit user experiance group on Facebook.

What an absolute farce the new update is. Not only is it now completely useless with incentives that are of no interest at all, unless you like chain establishments. They didn't even manage the update properly, with half of the text still the font example text. The 'reward' they have offered for current points is vastly undervalued, compared to the previous system. Very relieved I don't pay for the premium. Will be deleting.

I would give it zero stars if there was an option. The new update on 1/7/26 was probably the worst thing they have done. No supermarket vouchers to earn points towards to help people with the cost of the shopping. That's the reason I used it . Im not interested in slight discount on meals out, that's no good for me.
This is now a pointless app. Don't install, it's a waste of time and effort.
You really need to rethink your decision on the shopping, especially with the cost of living. Shame.

I was loving the app and getting my vouchers but after today’s update I have cancelled my subscription. The new perks are not perks at all, there are no coffee shops on the app near me and The taste card is also not good within my area and this is often an offer you get with making purchases. Very disappointed

I have been using and enjoying this app for a couple of years until it was ruined by introducing a subscription charge. I however continued to use for free without subscribing as I enjoyed tracking my dog walks and still managed to build up enough biscuits to get a £10 voucher every so often. Unfortunately there is now no point in using the app, the biscuit rewards have been removed completely in favour of entries into competitions that you have a very slim chance of winning. Such a shame that something enjoyable and rewarding has been completely ruined. I will be deleting the app 😒

The new update is rubbish. My dog is older now so we don't go out as much, I have had the app for a few years and with each change it gets worse, like most rewards are pointless. I had been saving them up for a larger reward, there are not even a mixed of vouchers prices, to be honest it's crap now. I was thinking about joining the paid service but I think I'll give a a few weeks then get rid of it. You had a really good app and I used to tell other people but now it's not worth telling anyone.
