I came across Bioclinx on social media and decided to order from them. The ordering process was easy and I received an email immediately after stating my order was received. I did not pay for expedited shipping. My order arrived 7 days after I placed the order. Bioclinx offers affordable and competitive pricing. I have now been using my peptide for a little over two weeks and I'm noticing the appropriate benefits. I will definitely order from Bioclinx again!

Pricing is fair
Pricing is fair, marketing was great, however they did lack online presence which is what threw me off. Decided to give them a shot, their reta and GHK are more expensive but sometimes you pay for premium... this was not the case. Not only was shipping a nightmare and support communication subpar, once products finally arrived 2/3 didnt work after proper use and their tesa even gelled up because I'm sure its chinese bunk and they dont know anything about pH in reconstitution water and how it affects different peppers. Saw it coming from a mile away, take your money and spend it elsewhere.

Interesting feedback! Multiple Issues with this review. 1) First Issue is this is NOT a verified review meaning you actually did not buy a product through us, if you did you have have received a link from us from a recent order you placed. 2) Your first stated you purchased Reta and GHK but then later in the review say our Tesa was "bunk". 3) If you knew a lot about PHs and still proceeded to use our Bac water to reconstitute that is a user problem not a quality problem. 4) There are a handful of peptides that do require different mixing solutions other than bac water, That's why it is up to the researcher to purchase that separately. We provide Bac water as a freebie because the other 99% of peptides can be mixed with the solution. 5) We tried to look at your name in our system and found nothing so yes there was lack of communication because there was no email thread or an order confirmation between us. (We respond within 12-24 hours) Thank you for this feedback and hope to fulfill your order soon. God Bless!

Day 9 after ordering and my package…
I originally gave a 3 star review due to my package still not arriving after 9 days and still no estimated arrival. The supplier replied to my review and made some good points. They did get my label made and package sent to carrier in a respectful time. I looked at my past orders from other vendors and it appears all of them had 2-4 day shipping for free (I believe I paid more for my orders with those vendors than I have with this (small order), so fast free shipping was probably included). Thank you for the quick clarification and am looking forward to the product arriving.

This review is unfair in numerous ways. 1) As the company we did everything in our part, we provided free shipping, gave you free bac water in your order and shipped your order same day. 2) You never emailed us about any updates or issues you may have had, so we had no idea you were feeling this way. 3) There are other shipping options you could have payed for that are way faster, but you opted for the free USPS shipping. 4)This company is growing and we are trying our best to give people the absolute best service we can but we can not read minds and with lack of communication we are unable to help.
