I’m a repeat customer having bought a generator and oil. Both were quickly processed and delivered within a couple of days. Incredible service as I’m near Aberdeen. I can highly recommend BIMSON.

I bought a Champion petrol pressure…
I bought a Champion petrol pressure washer (4200 PSI) last summer and have had no problems with the machine. However, customer service for backup parts and servicing has been extremely difficult. I can’t get ahold of anyone I’ve left several voicemail messages and sent emails, but no one has responded.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that your Champion 4200 PSI petrol pressure washer has been performing well, but we’re genuinely sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced trying to reach us.
We have recently been experiencing phone system issues, which unfortunately affected our ability to receive and respond to voicemail messages. We did advise you of this and have been in contact with you via email to ensure your request is being handled.
Regarding the part you require, this is not a stock item that we keep on the shelf. To avoid further delay, we offered to have the part air freighted in specifically for you to speed up the process. At this stage, we are awaiting your confirmation to proceed.
We understand how important timely service and parts support are, and we’re committed to resolving this for you as quickly as possible. Please reply to our most recent email at your convenience so we can move forward and get this sorted.

If you have a technical problem
If you have a technical problem, you cannot speak to a human being. If you fill out the online problem form, you find out at the end that there is no "send" function. It is clear that there is no after-support available whatsoever, so utterly useless.

Good Price Good Delivery Very Good Power.
Price, delivery and communication with Bimson was excellent. Pictures in the instructions are not very clear need to be more defined. One nut and bolt would not tighten up but that is no problem. I put a cable tie on the hose from the pump to the reel which kept it securely out of the way of the wheel. Have used it for a couple of hours so far and I am very impressed it makes my old power washer look like it wasn't even working, it has brought my paving up so clean it looks as good as new. Time will tell how reliable this is but from what I have seen I highly recommend this machine.

First time purchase from bimsons
Bought a small air compressor at an excellent price . Very impressed with the quality. Delivery was also very good.
What really impressed me though was that I also purchased a 5 piece accessory kit. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong kit. When I contacted them they acknowledged their mistake and immediately sent a replacement which arrived the next day. Excellent customer service.
