Even though the website ordering feature was not working, I did receive very good help from Georgia, with whom I'd spoken when we placed an order last year.
The invoice was provided promptly and the delivery time exceeded our expectations, as well.

Good service. Bad shipping charges.
Using a “flat rate” method of calculating shipping charges produces charges far greater (in my case double) what expected shipping charges would be. I believe you should just raise your product costs and be honest about shipping charges.
