Everyone with Acutrack has been so helpful and encouraging. I've been self-publishing for a little over a year now and once I decided to branch out into using TikTok Shop, I knew I would need some guidance and support. They've been there every step of the way, and even have a "how to" course on Skool that's build just for authors doing exactly what I wanted. So thankful for Acutrack!

First, you can tell that they have been doing this for a while because their systems are perfectly aligned with what I need as an author. These are no unnecessary steps. Everything is simple and straight to the point. The personal support with real humans in the best part of Acutrack! Sindhuja is very supportive and responds promptly to questions. I am looking forward to my continued journey with this team.

Acutrack has been such a huge help in my publishing business. Their fulfillment process is simple, smooth, and takes a lot off my plate so I can spend more time writing and creating new books instead of stressing over logistics. Catherine has been especially wonderful to work with. She’s always kind, patient, and happy to answer all my little questions without making me feel silly. I’m really grateful for their support.

Overall, I would say working with this company was a positive experience. I had a very difficult time at the beginning getting everything set up because all of the employees I worked with were from India, and I had a very hard time understanding them, so that was a bit frustrating. But I will say that any time I had an issue, they responded to my emails very quickly - usually within 24 hours.

All great except this shipping of my books back to me... now I am told it is mandatory which does not make sense and is upsetting.

Started working with Acutrack a few weeks ago to print and fulfill my book orders for TikTok Shop. Overall, they are very good to work with. Proactive and friendly. And you get a dedicated point of contact, instead of just talking to a faceless corporation. They also understand virality on TikTok and ensure you never run out of stock. If I had to think of something negative, the only thing would be that the setup process took quite a bit longer than they had initially said. But other than that, there is nothing else that I can complain about. I think they are the best option for printing and fulfilling TikTok Shop orders.

There was a lot of good information to learn from and I'm excited to continue working through the step by step modules on how to increase sales on TikTok.Exciting times!

The quality of the printed book is commendable. The details of every picture is very clear. The whole process starting from placing the order to receiving the printed copies of the book was smooth. My experience with Catherine has been great, although there has been complications so far as far as the printing. She has worked diligently to resolve the issue.

We had a very positive experience working with this printer. From start to finish, their team was knowledgeable, responsive, and patient as we navigated the many decisions involved in producing a high-quality hardcover book.
They were especially helpful with Shopify integration and clearly have strong experience in that area. While setting up our Amazon Seller account proved more complicated than expected, and that support was somewhat limited, we understand that Amazon account setup is not their responsibility. Even so, a bit more guidance in that area would have been helpful for a first-time publisher.
The final product is beautiful. The print quality, color reproduction, and overall finish exceeded our expectations. We are truly delighted with how the book turned out.
One small detail we wish had been caught prior to printing was that the final paper selection made the book slightly thinner than originally estimated, which caused one letter on the spine to show very slightly onto the front cover. It is minor, but something to be aware of when finalizing spine calculations.
Overall, we are very happy with the experience and especially with the finished product.
